First class!
Super quick service, I had cause to telephone them and was answered almost immediately and dealt with efficiently and politely. My phone was returned within the time scale, very well packaged and when I thought there was a problem with the repair, the service and advice I received was excellent and the issue resolved.
Do not hesitate to use this company, they are first class!

Previously quoted by Apple and crappy local repairers in excess of £200 to replace cracked screen on ipad. Sent Fastfixiphone ipad half expecting never to see it again or a returned botch job. However, ipad returned in a week with new screen and fully functioning all for less than £60. Good service.

Fast Fix iPhone: Do not use genuine parts and cannot return IPhones with it’s water proof IP67 ratting.
Yes this company can Fast Fix your phone but the truth for me is you get what you pay for.
I had a cracked screen and a damaged back on my IPhone 7. As it was 2 years old I decided to have the screen and housing replaced because they were offering half price battery replacement; I had the battery replaced as well.
When the phone was returned the screen was loose and the battery would randomly drain in an hour. I sent it back and had my old battery replaced. the phone was returned; the battery life is back to normal but the vibration function sounds like it is loose inside and there is something rattling in the phone.
I should have gone to Apple.

- We do not use original Apple parts, Apple do not sell parts so you would not receive 100% genuine parts unless you went to Apple, we do not suggest we use them anywhere on our website
- We originally had feedback that your new battery we put in was only lasting 1 day, had we known your original battery was fine we would of suggested you not have this replaced.
- With the waterproof iPhone's are only "water resistance/splash proof" you will find this in the small print in the warranty information when you originally bought your device Apple will not cover water damaged parts, we can not guarantee this after repair.
We hope this clears things up we appreciate your comments and we always try to be transparent on the service we offer. We are more than happy to take a look at the vibration module on your device to put this right for you

Efficient and affordable service.
I paid for the 1 day repair on my screen which was all cracked and damaged. They received the phone in the morning and by 1pm the same day it was on it's way back to me for the next day. Very affordable and efficient, cannot fault the quality of the service. Highly recommend!

Really pleased with the finished…Would use again
Really pleased with the finished result. The iPad looks like new and so far, so good. The service was quick. The only slight negative was that I didn’t receive an email telling me it was on its way back as stated but other than that would definitely use again.

Brilliant service..
Brilliant service... My ipad screen and charging point was broken for over a year. Reluctant to get it fixed as other quotes were well over £100.
