fastestkey.com Recenzje

I take responsibility for not fully understanding the product description before purchasing this Porsche 996 key. The listing referred to a "transponder chip," and I mistakenly assumed that meant the key included the remote transmitter electronics. That misunderstanding was mine, though Porsche does not refer to the security glass security code as a "transponder chip".

The company's text support was professional and quickly helped identify the issue. I give them credit for that.

However, after learning the key did not include the additional electronic components required for a complete replacement, I asked if they could sell me the missing parts. They said they do not offer them. I accepted that and simply requested a return authorization.

Their response was:

"We do provide a return label if the laser cutting was not successful for a warranty claim, but not for a change of mind."

Fastestkey refused to authorize a return for an unused product that could never meet my needs because the necessary components aren't available from them.

The lesson for other Porsche owners is to read the description very carefully. If you're expecting a complete 996 replacement key with the remote transmitter electronics, verify exactly what is included before ordering. Although their customer support was courteous, I was ultimately left with a product I can't use and no reasonable return option.

Unfortunately the video tutorials don’t have subtitles. As I’m deaf it means I can’t actually learn how to use the software. I emailed and had a very basic unhelpful response.
With all the current technology it seems odd they can’t add subtitles and make it inclusive to everyone.

very fine experience, more service than expected, everything works well, best place to buy something!

brother design these guy are awesome will highly recommend buying anything from these guys 100% working product will not be disappointed at all!!!!

I ordered Wilcom Hatch Embroidery Software, and the product itself works just fine so far — no issues with the software itself. However, it took more than 2 days and over 10 emails before I finally received my product. The customer service was slow and frustrating, which really ruined the overall experience.

If they improve their response time and communication, it would be a great experience overall.

I just installed a program that I bought from them and I couldn't install it, but they quickly helped me remotely. They are simply the best. I plan to continue buying from them. They are safe and reliable.

Brought Hatch embroidery software at an unbeatable price. It was delivered via email very quickly. I had issues installing it and I was given support which resolved the issue. Very pleased with purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for digitising software

the links that were sent to me are not working. I purchased a rip software for my DTF printer. I cant get ahold of anyone, now I probably am going to have to report this company as a fraudulent company if something does not happen.

DO NOT SHOP HERE This is a SCAM!.

I purchased an ESET antivirus key.
The store sent me an invalid key. I requested a replacement or a refund. The store owner promised to send me a replacement. That was 7 days ago. The store has stopped replying to my emails.

I

Just follow the instructions.

I have installed the key and everything is corrected and good.

Thank you so much

They sold me cracked software

I tried to buy a signmaster v5 pro serial number.

They send me a download link for a cracked version. Including a link fo a video-instruction where to put the cracked system files.

Great service and products will use again 👏

office 2021 pro key worked, and phone activation also worked after i sent activation id and they reply back with code.

Thank you I really appreciate everything you guys are legends communication was awesome helped me the whole way I highly recommend them 💯

When I was paying for the software the payment site seemed to be hacked. I did not receive any item and the receiver of my money was somebody called "tornado style" at a completely different email adress. Luckily PayPal gave me an immediate refund. However, a site selling software should not be hacked so this is experience make me doubt that the site is trustworthy.

Great customer service and fast delivery

They produced what they promised and responded to my emails with in 24 hours. Very timely and polite.

I still haven't been able to launch this program

I never received the product and did not receive a response to the email I sent to support 10 days ago.
