I was in urgent need of an outfit

I was in urgent need of an outfit. Shoni the lady I spoke with was exceptional. She went through my options and gave me time to review. There was no pressure of purchase whatsoever. Shoni pulled out all stops to get me the outfit I chose. She was educated, professional and a perfect balance of friendly. I will always buy future outfits from this company.

I should say the outfit was perfect too and the day went without issue thanks to Shoni & Fancy Dress Ball.

Brilliant delivery service

I have ordered from Fancy Dress Ball a few times now and whatever I have ordered has always arrived on time and I have only had to return one item due to size and didn't have a problem with the return service.

Great service, poor product

No problem with the order & delivery processes. All great.

However, the quality of my purchase was not good enough. Buckle is poorly designed and will not last 5 minutes when worn. Had to stitch to strap to ensure it doesn't break.

A great fancy dress outfit

A great fancy dress outfit. Really good quality and could get lots of wear out of it. Looks exactly the same as the picture and a good price. Order a large if you are a size 12-14
