Great products that are worth every bit of the price. Customer Service is fantastic too, as you'd expect. Highly recommended.

So we called in to buy one of the ‘seconds’ baking tray, we were told thats fine and placed the order. 30 mins later, got a call back saying very sorry but they were mistsken and all the seconds had gone, but would we like a new one for that price.

Good sized copper roaster, can also be used on the hob to make gravy after roasting. Good quality and looks good too. Great products from a company with excellent customer service.

Great service as usual and I know it was a seconds sale. The sauce pan was great however the lid will require some hard alterations as it is bent upwards in two places. Not really a lid

These pots and pans are exactly as described. I find them beautiful, as well as functional. I use my pans daily, the heat distribution is wonderful, and I enjoy using them. - copper pans add to the cooking experience- for me a genuine pleasure.
My only warning...You must remember the handles get hot..... you will only forget once or twice.
Falk copper pans are quality pans.
The company are good to deal with. Ordering is simple, delivery is prompt, and customer service- should you have a question - professional, knowledgeable, clear and charming.
And my husband has absolutely no idea how much they cost

I've been thinking of buying a Falk product for a long time now...Big investment for some. Reviews are helpful and I've read many on this site, firstly, It gave me the confidence that the product is quality. Then after more research I found that for Induction hobs you needed a Disc converter to get the heat distribution in the same way as a conventional hob.

I rang Neil Corke the Director of Falk and he was so helpful...nothing was too much trouble, he mentioned that the company was introducing an induction hob range.... so no need for the Induction disc converter. This was now a no brainer.

I have just received my first piece, the 18cm Saucier in the new Induction range....well if you're thinking about buying a Falk product then don't hesitate. The product is excellent quality and will take pride of place in your kitchen.

My most recent purchase from Falk (20x30 Gratin pan and 20cm Mousseline) completes a set I’ve been amassing over the last couple of years. I say complete, but that’s really only because I’ve run out of space in my modestly sized kitchen; further purchases seem inevitable at some point. My friends think I’m a little bit mad for having spent well over £1200 on pans, but they are such genuinely wonderful, high quality objects that every use is a joy and I’ve never felt less than fully satisfied with the value of each and every item regardless of the price.

As an added bonus the couple of times I have needed to interact with Neil and Co I have found the customer service to be outstanding.
