Trent and the team are amazing.
My wife and I had sold our house had 25 days to find something and be ready to move.
This glorious team made that happen.
In 23 days !!!
We wouldn’t from now on use anybody else as our solicitors.
They kept us up to date, without us calling them!! They worked over the weekends and answered our phone calls on Saturday mornings. How good is that!!!
Better than the solicitors we have always used for 20 years. Who said what we wanted to do couldn’t happen!!!! But it did happen with the help and support of Trent and the team.
We thank you and we are amazed by you.

Scammers
Scammers, mislead you and take no less than 48% of the claim this is theft and should be illegal!!! 25% for sending a couple of letters/emails is a rip off but 48%!! Why are the government not putting a stop to this!? Avoid this company. They do inform you of the 48% minimum fee until after the cooling off period. Avoid at all costs!!

Service provided was sale of a flat and purchase of a house. Very smooth service, great communication and could always get hold of Trent on the phone or fast e-mail response. Had a few bumps on the way but issues resolved quickly and I was kept informed of progress all the way. This great service made the transactions as stress free as possible. I would recommend this company.

Perfect for first time buyers
From start to finish they made the whole process simple, to the point and were more than happy to take the time to explain everything to us. As first time buyers this was all new to us and the sheer amount of admin was quite daunting, but they accomadated our questions and made us feel at ease. Great service.

Amazing Service from Trent & Karen
Trent and Karen have gone above and beyond on our property sale to ensure the end result of completion was achieved, dealing with difficult sale and management company solicitors but always kept us fully up to date and communicated back to the chain daily when required. Would highly recommend
Trent and team acted for us on both our sale and purchase, they were responsive and very efficient! Things moved very quickly towards the end but Trent provided complete reassurance that he would have everything in place. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and if we move again I'd absolutely use Fairweather Law again!

I would have preferred more prompt responses (I chased after a week) and transparency for peace of mind.
