Exactly the same thing as everyone else. I actually paid for expedited shipping too lol. They say out of stock will be shipped in couple of weeks. Then couple of weeks go by, then a month go by. Nothing.

I pinged them again (always super nice). And now no response. Will call my CC and see if I can get a refund.

I just ordered this almost a month ago and still nothing, i agree with most on these reviews its a scam, cause when i ordered they said they had stock and i dont even get emails back from them when i send out concerns about my orders

Like all the other people on here, this company took my money, emailed me 5 days later and said they "JUST" ran out of stock and that it would take 7 to 15 business days for them to get new product in, and it would be shipped. I gave them 16 business days and emailed them asking for an update. No response. 3 more emails to them throughout the following week and still no response. I am at day 35 with no product and no response

Definitely a scam. I just los 49 dollars for sure. It's been three weeks. No one answers the phone, the email is an automated email. Let's get them back. Let's trace the company and the email, that way the police knows hlwho to arrest. I will put an update on how this goes.

Wish I could give zero stars. Do not order. It is a scam. They will send you multiple responses, they're sold out, in manufacturing process, and still nothing. When I finally asked for a refund I got no response. Do not buy!

It has been two weeks and I haven't received the clippers and they won't even give me an update as to when it will be shipped. Asked for refund and cancelation. Order #190066

I placed my order almost 2 months ago and yet to receive my order. It has not shipped and customer service keeps feeding the same line of BS about "order will ship soon". DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from these people. They are a scam and should be so ashamed of themselves. ZERO STARS. SCAM!

I’m glad I read these reviews before buying. I was just about to buy, and wanted to look into it. Screw this company!

I purchased my clippers on 1/30/2023.
two weeks later, I received an email stating they were out of stock and waiting for new inventory and that my clippers would be ready within 15 to 30 days. A month later I still hadn’t received anything, so I started going online and saw all these negative reviews that this is a scam.

I sent an email expressing my concerns, I let them know I saw these reviews online and I was wondering what was going on was it normal to not receive a product I ordered over a month ago. I didn’t receive a reply but I did receive an email shortly after with my UPS tracking info.

Today I finally received the clippers! Although it took 2 months, I can confirm this is not a scam. I understand that with everything going on there will be some delays. My recommendation is to set proper expectations with your customers on when the product will be delivered to avoid all these negative customer reviews.

I made my order, got the fadify and it's crap. BLADES ARE PLASTIC.
I asked for a refund and returned the Faadify as they asked me to. I paid for the shipping.
It's been 3 months now and no refund. so down 100$ plus 25$ for shipping.

Was it because they saw it? Who knows.

This is a scam. Right after I bought it, I received an email saying they run out of stock (this was February 1st) and that I will receive it in 7 to 15 business days. As of March 21st, I have not received the product. I contacted them several times and no response. Scam

Made my order on 2/14/23, have not received anything yet. Have sent emails got one response which was no help because it was a lie and since all other replies are robotic. They keep advertising that they have product in stock but i have not seen anything. Next move is reporting them to the BBB !

We all now know it is a scam. Been waiting 2 months and numerous complaints: This is all I get: Your request (29492) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." Tried the number and it is google voice. The question is how do we proceed legally to get our money back? Any ideas?

Bestellt und danach kam eine Mail das sich die Lieferung um 3 Wochen verzögert, also Geld zurück gefordert, selbst das hat 7 Tage gedauert bis ich mein Geld wieder hatte!

This company is pathetic! I’ve been waiting over 2 months to receive 2 items, and 1 of them I was double charged for. which they still haven’t gotten back to me about, and 2 weeks ago I received an update email saying they were gonna send my stuff immediately because I also bought the priority shipping don’t buy anything from here they have no clue what they are doing!

Exactly like everyone else below.. same exact story. I'm pissed. Ordered over a month ago.. they NEVER respond to emails. There is no tracking for my order. Scammmmmmmmm!!!!!
