It was great a time but the circuit needs to do better.

Overall it was a great experience. I think that for Thursday they should have some food stand open since my wife had a low blood sugar and it was very hard to find a food stand or a vending machine and that could happen to anyone.

Another thing that I think it should be fixed (I know this is more for the circuit and not F1 Experiences but I’ll leave it here) this is an event that it has been happening in the same place for the past few years and the circuit should know how this works by now. Me and my family were very upset at the time that we had to exit the circuit. For all three days it was a mess to get out of the circuit because we had transportation setup to pick us up at the circuit and it was very hard for them to get in because every single day they had new instruction.

On Saturday we had to walk 5 miles down a road where there were passing a lot of cars to get into our transportation because the person who was going to pick us up parked near door 2 and a police told him that he could park there since it was a pickup area and when me and my family got into the vehicle another police came (with a rude attitude and very disrespectful) and said our driver needed to leave because he was not going to let our driver pick us up there.

We had 3 persons with impediments and we asked if at least our driver could leave with those 3 persons with impediments since they could not walk a lot and the rest of the group would walk to a point where our driver could pickup us up and the police did not let us and said that if he saw that we got into the vehicle he would get us arrested and our driver because apparently he was from another zone he was not allowed to drive in the zone where the circuit was.

After that, we had to walk 5 miles while being careful because first of all, we were walking in the express way, second, being careful that the police man would not see us getting in the vehicle because he was ended up following us and third being alert of the people who have impediments because they cannot walk long distances.

I think first, everyone needs to have the same instructions and be clear that they all are under the same instructions so things like the once that happened to us doesn’t happen in future events and those not get complicated for the guest. I have been to 2 US Grand Prix, and most recently my daughter worked at the Miami Grand Prix this year and she said that when it came to exit the circuit it was very easy and they had designated pickup and drop-off areas for people and it was more fluent than how this event was.

I would also recommend having a pickup and drop-off lane for taxis. First of all, it was very hard for us to get transportation because most of the people who drive taxis they did not wanted to drive us to the circuit because the guest would pay for the trip but they would be stuck in the circuit traffic for up to 2 hours to get out and no one would pay for that part. That’s why I think they should have a designated lane only for taxis for pickup and drop-off as in the US Events.

Another thing is that in the circuit they should have a better coordination for when it comes to people leaving the track. It was very hard to get out of the track walking because when the practice/quali/race would finish all the people coming from the last turn or further than that would take over all the space and leave only one little space for the people exiting the main grandstand.

The last thing is that we were in the main grandstands and we were on the second row and we could not see the start because all the people who were behind us got down the stairs and they all stood up where the fence was and we could not see the star and finish. I think they should add more security so they can control this type of situation because they only had one person and he just gave up because it was a lot of people and he would asked them to leave and go back to their sits and they would move and as he moved they would go behind him. We paid for this grandstand because we wanted to watch live the start/finish and thanks to this we missed it because all this people where standing there blocking the view and we also did not had any screens where we could watch it because there was just one screen at the beginning and end of the pit lane and we where in the middle (front of the walkway). Me and part of my family have been to the Austin & Miami GP and we have not experienced this many issues as we did in this GP which has been coming here for years. Both US GP have been way easier than this one was.

Overall, with F1 Experiences we had a great time.

Bought a F1 experience package with insurance, spend £3400, due to work relocation , I submitted the refund following the link and gave all the information, include work relocation letter, they reject the refund …
Now I have to find a lawyer … I paid £300 for the insurance

Good times at Monaco GP '24

Good times, just returning from Monaco GP. Great experience, the staff is always great - worked with Harrison & team over the years. The Paddock/Legend experience was fantastic due in part to the great crew engaging throughout the weekend. F1 Experiences does a great job travel prep (race/transport options/getting around Monaco). That along with the parties - what more could you want!

Fantastic time with F1 Experiences

We had an amazing time attending the Grand Prix De Monaco. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The restaurant, Norma was amazing. From the staff to the food, to the location to the atmosphere. We loved every minute of it. Drake, from F1 Experiences was the best! He was so easy to deal with, and extremely helpful in pulling off this surprise for my husband.

Monaco Grand Prix 2024

Monaco Grand Prix 2024, Ermanno Penthouse Hoapitaily package. The qualifying day was good because it wasn’t over crowded but the race day was a nightmare. It was overcrowded and there’s no assigned area so once you find your spot you can’t go to the bathroom or get food because your spot will be taken by someone else immediately so no one moved for 3 hours. Waiters came around asking for drink order once and brought out 1 tray of food once within our stay of 5.5 hours. There is only one toilet for women. The venue has one 3 person elevator so you wait forever (we ended up using the stairs to go up to the 12th floor) The entrance staff couldn’t find our tickets and made us wait for 30 mins just to find out it was in the folder the whole time(this made us get there late to get better viewing section), they need to digitize everything! The food was horrible. The only good part, yes the view of the track was very cool. You just have to fight the crowd the whole time. We paid $30k for 2 for this with 4 days of hotel. Way too overpriced. Oh and the access to the building from the hotel was long and awful as well. Never again.

I Purchased 2 tickets to the Canada…

I Purchased 2 tickets to the Canada Grad prix way in advance when I received the tickets I was very disappointed with the seats I tried to contacted my Rep Lauren on may 9th with no answers then again on the 13th she responded that she would reach out to her team to see what they could do and would get back to me by end of the week. I guess I should have asked what week because I never heard back again even after attempting to contact her numerous times. I sure hope when I attend the race I have a better experience

F1 ..what a great.. Experience!

I am on the shuttle bus having just now completed F1 Monaco with the company. I couldn't wait to write my review. Everything was absolutely flawless. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. Special shout-out to Harriett and Arthur for their exceptional help. This company takes care of every detail, including adding an extra bus run due to a last minute schedule change. The only caution would be about Monaco itself. The hills and long walks to venues are no joke. Please make sure you can handle 30 minutes of hill walking or you will be exhausted. It was hard to see people struggling. Other than that, enjoy your time with F1 Experiences. We will be booking future events with them for sure.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE GETTING!!

Purchased (2) F1 Experience weekend tickets for my daughter and I. $3600 dollars worth. What do you get with this? A pit lane walk (17 of the 20 cars) were under cover. No drivers, pit crew workers, or anyone representing the team available. The free food trucks ran out of almost everything way before the event ended. The track course drive was a good experience, the people giving the tour had great knowledge of what drivers experience per turn. The interview with the a driver was horrible, due to the fact that the microphones were going in and out. They picked a driver who has never finished in the top 12 of any race. Seats that were chosen were in a good spot. No complaints there. During the weekend, the food vendor prices were extremely expensive for the portions given. Felt like we were in poverty lines. My daughter has a terminal illness, not wanting any pity, it was sad to know that their was no way of getting inContact with a manager of her favorite team (McLaren) to try and get her to see any of the drivers. 1st time seeing grand prix live and will be the last as her medical expenses are through the roof. I had to save up for this trip to give her a birthday present at 15 y/o.

In order to have a FULL experience, to include driver meeting and a great environment, you will have to shell out close to 11k per person. The top tier is 24k per person and if you want to be treated with royalty, its 80k. Who has this kind of money to actually blow?

The entire team at F1 Experiences were…welcoming and very friendly.

The entire team at F1 Experiences were tremendous! Me and my son are huge F1 fans and to meet with drivers, team principals and mingle in the paddock was unforgettable. The Champions Club is worth every cent and was high-lighted by meeting David Croft and listening to him tell a story is truly memorable. Many thanks to Kai Murray and the team on-site. Thank you for a wonderful 4 days, it won't be the last time we intend to enjoy F1 Experiences.

Japan GP…Awesome race to attend

Had a great experience at the recent Japan GP in Suzuka. Our contact Kai Murray was awesome to work with. We had a couple snags bundling tickets with parking but all work out and the Team on the ground in Japan hand delivered the tickets to our hotel in Nagoya so we could attend the Thursday Pit lane Experience. (You need your 3-day tickets to be admitted entrance on the Thursday before the race weekend.) Views for the Champions Club were great right above Pit Lane and view Paddock CLub has as well. Our timing for Paddock Was great had selfies with 5 drivers 1 TP and a few F1 personalities. Zhou was our F1 driver but Crofty stole the show in his interview and time with us. So personable and genuine 👍 The picture with the trophy was a blast recommend you bring a prop…we brought LH44 flag. Bonus was the track tour on the flatbed. Awesome to ride the track with pro drivers describing the subtulties of the circuit. We were there as hardcore race fans so the quality and the food (OK only) want a big deal for us. Jack was our host at the desk and was great to chat with. This was a great F1 Experience give the package for Suzuka. Thanks again Kai 👍

Be aware of thinking you will get a refund

My wife and I booked tickets in june of 2023 for the Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal, we selected the option for a refund just in case something happens for an en extra $300. Unfortunately I started having medical issues in sept of 23 and have been un able to work since then. We decided that we cannot attend the race in june of 2024 and requested a refund.
This is where the bad experience starts, f1 hands their refunds to a third party who is requesting very personal information to prove that we cannot attend. We have already provided all of the doctors certificates from time of leave until present but they are requesting information that my Doctor legally cannot share with them as they have no right to this as they are not a legal care provider of any kind. Our hands are tied and it seems we have paid the fee for a refund for nothing.
This is absolutely dissappointing having this horrible experience now wit Formula one amd their third party company handling these so called refunds.
For anyone wanting to book in the future be aware they will ask for information that they have no right to and that you might not be ble to provide even if you want to.

The Refundable.me product Terms & Conditions provide detailed information on what does and does not qualify for a refund via their claim process. In order to verify and confirm eligibility there are things that they will have to request to substantiate any refund claim. Medical diagnoses will certainly require confirmation from a doctor on the medical condition that is preventing you from being able to attend. I am not sure what is unreasonable about those types of requests.
Another clarification that I would like to address concerns your understanding of how F1 Experiences/Quint handle refund requests. Refundable.me refund protection is a product that we sell. Poor organisation of collection of tickets for the price you pay

Received tickets for track and stand entry with no issue as a contactless ticket for mobile. However when it came to collecting my Ricciardo Flyer experience ticket/pass, I had previously confirmed collection at gate 1 hospitality office on the Thursday as I had planned to redeem the experience Friday afternoon - only to find my ticket wasnt at this location and it was in the city, at this stage I would not have made it to the city before the office closed which meant my own schedule was affected so I had to collect my ticket on Friday morning ultimately giving up any chance of a spot at the Melbourne walk or to see teams at the main stage.
I just expected more courtesy and convenience from an experience with this price tag, and you know that there are people who get gifted them who have no inconvenience to their collection process at all, yet my weekend was disrupted after having saved and travelled across the world to this event.

The seats in the stand and the experience of the helicopter ride were amazing so based on everything else I would have given a high rating, it’s just unfortunate that so much money doesn’t translate to being afforded a stress free weekend.

I would like to report my experience with the f1 experience in the formula 1 grand prix in bahrain this year 2024. Everything was perfect. I went with my 14 year old son. Everything very safe and organized. Tim was our guide and he was just perfect. I highly recommend f1experencie

Awful Customer Service and complete lack of care for customers

I had originally booked an experience to see the F1 Imola 2023 GP. However due to the mass flooding in the area the grand prix was cancelled. I had paid for a 'refundable booking' however through much back and forth I eventually settled for 'credits' to be refunded on my account rather than the cash refund.

I have now used most of these credits to book for another Grand Prix next year however still have a considerable amount of credits remaining (around £500). I have sent countless emails asking for just this amount to be refunded to me as a cash refund and have point blank been ignored. I have expained out of good faith I decided to take the credits as still want to go to a Grand Prix but now have no other use for these credits.

I think their customer service is atrocious and quite frankly stealing my money. Months gone by, multiple emails sent and no responses. I have no idea how to proceed further with this now...
