Canadian Grand Prix

Our experience at the Canadian Grand Prix was awesome!! We got to walk the pit lane, drive around the track, and see several drivers before the race weekend even started! The hotel and transportation shuttle made the weekend so easy. We look forward to doing it again!

We had the most amazing weekend—made even more memorable by the unexpected chance to meet two of the drivers!

The seat location and ticket extras truly made the experience exceptional. I found myself speaking with long-time attendees who had no idea such fantastic packages were available!

Thank you for going the extra mile in helping to organise everything and for your patience in answering all my questions. Your personal advice and outstanding customer support made this weekend absolutely perfect.

Barcelona F1 Delivered!

Barcelona F1. Brilliant experience. Paddock club 3 days. The events team so well organised and we had taken our daughter who uses a wheelchair and needed accessible toilets which had been organised before we got there. Not all circuits are fully wheelchair adaptable but the circuit de Catalunya was perfect for us. We were prioritised for the pit lane visit and getting to the podium and were taken on a tour of the track in a private limousine. Nothing was too much for the events team. The food was excellent and the whole experience was memorable.

Paddock Club totally worth it!

Our family had an AMAZING time at the Barcelona Grand Prix! We chose the "Paddock Club Promoter Suite" with the help of K. Murray who was nothing short of incredible. She answered our many questions and put us at ease in knowing every aspect of the package.

The venue was amazing and beautiful. The food and drinks were amazing. Everyone was incredibly nice, accommodating and made us feel entirely welcome.

We will absolutely do this again and highly recommend it. A+

Tolles Erlebnis. Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und dennoch mit ausreichend Informationen alles erlebt.

Amazing experience

Everything went perfectly from start to finish. I want to sincerely thank you and your team for the excellent organization it was smooth, stress-free, and everything ran like clockwork. I had an amazing experience; it was actually my first Grand Prix on site, and it was truly unforgettable!

Amazing experience never to forget.

Without doubt one of the very best experiences that my son and I have ever had.
Don't get me wrong, it's expensive, but if you like F1 the legends package is worth it. My son got to meet almost all the drivers and got countless autographs and a real up-close look behind the scenes of F1 and the glamour and excitement that comes with it. The opportunity to see the pits working up-close was amazing. My son even got a showering of champagne from the podium we were that close. The stuff F1 dreams are made of.

My ticket person/Champions

My ticket person, Harrison, is always attentive to my requests. The F1 experiences staff is always involved in making the Champions Club a positive experience.
The Champions club at Imola, was a good time.

Esperienza indimenticabile

Esperienza indimenticabile! Chi ama la Formula 1 dovrebbe fare un fine settimana con F1 Experiences almeno una volta nella vita. Tutto perfetto e ben organizzato. I trasferimenti tutti puntuali, l'accoglienza ottima, con cibo e bevande all inclusive.

Formula1.com Tickets - Allocate Worst Seats, Dismissive Customer Services

Booked tickets for the Imola GP this weekend, through Formula1.com Ticket Store as really want to see Lewis Hamilton race for Ferrari in Italy - you think its going to be a reputable company as it claims to be the Official Formula1.com, but it's not an official ticket seller at all, its a re-seller and charges way above ticket face value (not that there's anywhere on their website that tells you this). Bought and paid for the tickets in Partenza 3 Grandstand, but website says that the seats are allocated around a week before the event. Turns out our seats are so low down that we have a barrier and a mesh fence directly in front of us, and limited track view (according to the Online chat at the actual circuit). I've paid over £1700 for two tickets and am so disappointed. Called F1.com 'Customer Services' to complain to be told nothing can be done and advised to try going to the ticket office at the track to see if they can do anything, or look for any spare seats higher up in the grandstand (Italian GP, there won't be any!). Then an apparently higher up person said she will have to look into it as she doesn't know the track layout and will email me back. Of course no email as yet, with 4 days to go, and from reading others' experiences, I don't expect anything will be done at all. So disappointed in this company, totally misleading, take your money and then give you the worst possible seats. Lesson learned, I will never use them again - Please always book direct and avoid the misleading Formula1.com 'Official' company.

Customer service

The most remarkable aspect of F1 experiences is the customer service. I think anyone going into one of these events knows the race itself will be more or less what they expect from a sporting event. To me what set this leagues above anything else was the team at F1 experiences. To start with: Kai. I went online to look at possibly booking a package. Later that day I got a call from Kai asking if I needed any help or had any questions. He was not pushy at all. When I decided to book a package he was super helpful and even sent me a link with options to do multiple payments if I wanted to. He and the F1 experiences email then proceeded to answer any question I had, no matter how stupid it was, not only quickly, but friendly as well. Everyone at the race who was helping with scheduling and transportation was exceptionlly knowledgeable and friendly. The track tour, pit lane walk, and trophy photos were all extremely fun. All in all this was a great use of time and money!

n unforgettable F1 experience – thanks to Kai Murrai and the amazing team!

Our F1 Experience in Miami was absolutely flawless from start to finish — and a big part of that is thanks to the outstanding support we received from Kai Murrai. From the moment we booked, Kai was there every step of the way, patiently answering every question (and there were many!), and ensuring that every detail was taken care of with professionalism, care, and kindness.

The hospitality, the access, the attention to detail — everything exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience… that we now want to repeat again and again!

We're already planning our next race, and there's no doubt we'll be turning to F1 Experiences and Kai once again.

Thank you for everything — you made it truly unforgettable!

From transportation failures to the…

From transportation failures to the club facility leaking like a sieve to mediocre food this is NOT HOW TO SPEND YOUR MONEY. It’s not an issue of poor planning, it’s an issue of NO PLANNING.

A Balanced View

Hate leaving poor reviews but I believe people should have a balanced view. There are many 5-star reviews on here but that has not been our experience. We booked with F1 experiences many months ago for a package for the upcoming race at Emilia Romagna in May. We have had barely any communication, and no support or guidance whatsoever. It is impossible to speak to anyone at the company by phone, and emails either take days/weeks at a time to get a response or disappear into oblivion. We paid £thousands for our long- saved for grandstand package, which is supposed to be a special trip for my daughter's 18th Birthday. We received our tickets this week and we are stuck in a grandstand with a poor view and no TV screen nearby. Again no response to our emails. Even tried the email given in the response to one of the posts below. A very poor experience.

Great experience from start to finish

Great experience from start to finish. We were very concerned we would miss the paddock tour as the time allocated was too early for our public transport to get to Suzuka - however the experiences team sorted it out and moved our allocated time, which was great as it was the best part of the day. Food and drink were all good, and there were more than enough bleacher seats for everyone. The only feedback i had for them was there wasnt enough indoor seating unless you got there super early, so we did have to table share for lunch but it wasnt such a big deal.

The Pit Lane Walk was just amazing

The Pit Lane Walk was just amazing, we have got 8 drivers, with Alex Albon posing with us, with Pierre Gaslys mechanichs letting us into the very garage, with Oliver Bearman signing my son's Haas F1 cap #87.
The kids and me just loved it, keen to go for some more.
