Excellent service from the branch and online staff. The tyre price was great but before fitting they reduced their prices by 20% for Black Friday. I phoned them up and they happily reduced the price. Highly recommended and I will definitely use them in future.

Our son was admitted in to bristol hospital with cancer and our car had run out of mot. 3 garages had let us down already with false bookings over the space of a week and our car had run out of mot. These guys opened their doors an hour early for us to have our mot before anyone else all off their own backs and they didnt have to but they did. As a token of our appreciation we bought them a big box chocs for the team on their tea breaks. Amazing team willing to help us in a time of need. Couldnt as for more. As a fellow mechanical engineer i couldnt fault them at all and they also complimented me on my work on the car.

The guys were brilliant. First class service and great price. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back for further work.

Booked in for aircon gas online , pre paid as asked told AM slot but call to confirm what time in the AM slot, so rang no answer so drove to center to be greeted with and I quote " no chance mate not for a fortnight at least" so I showed them my booking and was told its a waste of time booking. So asked for refund. No customer service absolutely awful service

After a terrible weekend with one of there other garages. I got in touch with Martin manager. Martin was an amazing man. He is knowledgable, has excellent communication skills and was able to MOT today and within an hour. Baring in mind this should of all been done Saturday. I sat waiting watching how hard all the men worked. This garage is managed extremely well. Thank you Martin and to the lovely man who MOT my car. I was near to breaking point by the time I got there today but left a very satisfied customer and can now enjoy my holiday thank you Longwell green F1 wished I had of come to you in the first place!!!

Was driving home after a day out when I started hearing an odd noise that was worrying me. I called these guys as they were the first I could find in my area open on a Sunday and they told me they would take a look if I popped in. They were so quick to check it when we got there, it turned not to be a serious issue, something had just gotten stuck behind the wheel so they took the wheel off and got rid of it, problem solved and didn't charge me for doing it. I will 100% use them again for anything in the future as they were absolutely lovely!

After finding I had a dangerously corroded tyre Valve, and other garages in the area not able to help, Formula One fixed it, even tho they were busy, big thanks.

I booked in my tire replacement at the Longwell Green branch after being told by another local garage that I’d failed my MOT on a range of things, including tires. Once I arrrived, I told them about this MOT failure and they checked it over for me. They informed me that half of the stuff they failed me on was absolutely fine! They gave me a new quote to reflect what actually needed to be done, and I booked in easily there and then. The tires were fit efficiently and effectively, which was great!

When I came in for my MOT, they had fixed all my issues and re MOTed the car within a couple of hours! They broke down my advisories really clearly, and offered their advice for certain things.

I cannot reccomend the Longwell Green branch enough, great staff and great service. 10/10 will never go anywhere else again!

I received fantastic advice and service from Merrick. I went in expecting to have to spend over £200 on a new tyre as I had a puncture in a fairly new run-flat. Merrick advised me that they may be able to repair it and once the tyre was off he would be able to confirm. I’m pleased to say that he came and said it was repairable. He could easily have sold me a tyre at great expense. Whilst waiting, Merrick even made me a cup of coffee whilst waiting. He’s a top man and I would recommend going to see him.

They responded twice in a fortnight to two different problems with my car. Nothing was too much trouble, and they solved the issues with a minimum of fuss, and expense. My repair & service centre of choice from now on, and highly recommended.

Terrible service at Longwell Green Formula One Auto Centre, had an appointment at 09.30 and was advised they were too busy to do my tyres until 14:30, reception manager was rude and another older man shouted at me. Very poor experience.

I called off the cuff to see if my tyre could be repaired/replaced. These guys managed to fit me in on the same day (very lucky) and the customer service was fantastic. Particular thanks to Merik and Martin, thank you so much!
