Arrived on the Sunday with a repaired tire. Lovely lady on the desk said they would probably not be able to fit me in, so to avoid that I wait just-in-case she booked me in first thing Monday morning. Job was done Monday as advertised but quicker. No issues, price was as agreed on Sunday, car was fine, very happy. Definately will go back.

Chatham branch nice and clean public spaces now.

Very friendly and helpful reception from Becky. Job done promptly by two technicians.

I called to book a service at my local garage in Chatham and staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Graham the manager always goes out of his way to make sure my car gets sorted at convenient times for me and the service is always fantastic!

Lovely staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Becky, such a lovely person, she made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. Regardless how busy it was at the center and understandably quite stressful, Becky did not rush and was patiently explaining the details :)
When I went to pick up my car, Becky, one of the Engineers and I had a full on conversation about bikes and cars! Its nice to have that human side when receiving a service. Thank you for the maintained great service. Always highly satisfied with their service.

Lovely lady on reception was quick to book me in and explain that there might be a little delay, which wasn't an issue. Chap replacing my tyre noticed the wear pattern and did an alignment check for me and recommended i get it done sooner rather than later, but no pressure to do it immediately. All done in about 45 mins and a very reasonable quote for the other tyres and alignment.

Booked our car (a 2005 mini) in for an MOT using the online service, very straightforward and easy and the price was good too. When it came to the day I received a call at work from my wife who took the car in saying they couldn't open the bonnet.....? 5 mins it was on the ramp before they decided it wasn't worth their while to do it and were taking it off the ramp whilst my wife was on the phone to me. 'Apparently' 4 people tried to open the bonnet including 3 vehicle Technicians but nobody could. My wife explained "you pull the lever and the lift the catch under the bonnet" whilst I was on the phone and this was met with a sarcastic "I know how to open a bonnet" well clearly they don't and I told my wife not to let them do anything on the car if they don't even know how to open it. Funny thing is we took it somewhere else and the female technician opened it straight away putting those 'lads' to shame. Won't use again as waste of time and pretty useless team in Chatham.

Phil and his team provided me with good advice and service on the installation of all season tyres on the family chariot.
Wheel alignments were carried out and a marked improvement on the drive is now clearly evident.
I’ll be back again.

Suddenly called on them to fix a puncture at the beginning of a long journey. Despite being heavily loaded with work, they fitted me in quickly and I was on my way after an hour. And they mended the puncture and resisted the temptation to try to sell me a new tyre. Thanks especially to Pete who handled!

I have used the Chatham branch several times now and have always had a brilliant experience! They are always manic busy, but the guys there are always so helpful and really go out of their way. They will always try and save you money if they can, ie repair rather than replace.
I wouldn’t hesitate to return here again and again for all of my cars’ needs!!!!

Hassle free online tyre purchase. Useful choose and book appointment however Chatham branch do not honour/accept online bookings. Rude unhelpful branch manager. For a couple of £ extra would avoid inconvenience

I used the Chatham depot and was very impressed. All 4 wheels were locked on and they battled to release them and succeeded. The communication was good, the service was excellent and I will be using them again.

Definately wont use again, added stuff to my quote without asking, 20 something pounds for 2 wipers! then when i said i didnt want those hugely overpriced extras, was told no problem, they will remove and then re fail the mot! Basically giving me no option but to pay or have an illegal car as they didnt say untill late in the day, luckily i had wipers i had already purchased at home (less than £10) and took them with me, but i imagine most people would just have to pay extra with no choice, could easily have phoned at any point in the day to ask, as they had called the day before to try and rebook the mot due to staff shortages, i will say in their favour they did try and fit my repairs in on the same day due to other cancellations and managed to keep my alreacy booked mot on the same day, and this is why its not a one star review, but as said at first, i wont be back

On Friday my son cleaned and polished every inch of his first car and took photos of his pride and joy. The car was taken into Chatham formula one. My husband picked the car up on the Saturday. My son inspected his car on return there was scratches on the front bumper, like it had been scraped on concrete. My son phoned and was advised to go back. My husband took him and at the front desk it became apparent that the manager refused to come out and take the complaint. As it turns out he was the one that drove it out of garage to the street to park it up.

Really professional and helpful service! Always happy when I leave here
