First time have used these guys and will definitely be back , great friendly service especially from Sean,And the cheapest quote we got .

Just had an MOT carried out at the Camberley branch. Something dodgy going on - apparently one of the headlamps was "very misaligned", even though I had checked alignment before the test. Charged £20 and wasn't even asked whether I wanted it done! Could have done this myself! Sounds like they're on to a bit of a money spinner here

Please try to understand the customer's situation and communicate accordingly. Also, physically show the customer what work has been done on the car after service.

The spare parts are very expensive, costing 40% to 50% more compared to online prices or Euro parts.

An employee named Jason was extremely rude. He quoted me a price and insisted to come immediately to make the payment. However, I was at work at the time. I requested to pay at 5:30 pm, but he demanded to pay right away. With no other option, I had to send my wife to make the payment, even though she had recently undergone a C-section surgery and was caring for our two-month-old baby. She walked all the way from our home to the garage, only to be kept waiting for almost two hours with the baby until I arrive to make the payment.

Appalling service, if you own an electric car do not use Formula One Autocentres. I took my Telsa for an MOT, they did not have the pads despite booking online and giving all my car details. The manager of the branch, who was amazing, said that they keep losing them, and he has purchased himself pads before to keep customers happy as the company does not replace them. Customer Service, which is rude and unhelpful, says you should buy them from Tesla. Tesla says if a garage offers Telsa MOT, they know what they need to buy, and the customer should not have to purchase. The customer services lady is very uncaring, not a great image for the company, and I would strongly recommend from the customer services angle to never use them. The branch manager deserves excellent credit; he even wrote an email to his boss explaining the situation. Customer service no empathy and did not care about the inconvenience it caused me; she could not get a refund quickly enough. Tough world out there and being nice on the phone is very important. The brand manager delivered the bad news and was truthful and I respect that. Had customer services done the same I would no be giving them a one star rating. My previous experience was amazing, again the brand staff looked after you.

Initially due to very poor communication between the Tyre supplier (in this case Asda) and F1 fitters the fitting time was incorrect appears to be a reoccurring problem.Tyres fitted professionally and with care having suffered previous bad experiences with other local companies damaging Diamond Cut wheels, would use again

Popped in this morning about one of my tyres that was a bit dodgy and although they were busy they fit me in and was all checked and done within 15minutes. Amazing service and Dave you did me solid!! Cheers mate.

Really positive experience, Dave was very honest and helpful with his assesment of the issue with my tyre yesterday, fixing it quickly and saving me a few quid which is always great :-) 2nd visit and wont be my last thank you again :-)

Popped into Formula One Camberley, Dave was more than helpful and sorted out my repairs quickly and efficiently with a very clear explanation as to what needed doing. Will be returning 👍🏻

Terrible. Booked in a service for a hybrid car. Followed the instructions per the website. Confirmed the garage, booked for 1 weeks time.
Arrive on the day, to be told they can not do it as the only person there had arm in a cast.
Why they couldn't ring prior, somthung with their system not telling them until the day.
Was told by the engineer, my cast comes off on Monday, please let me book you in next week. OK. A week Friday. Then get a call today, Tuesday, informing me that they can not do any hybrids at this location. Why was I booked in, why was I rescheduled, why was my money taken. Why did you call me to inform me if the week prior your system does not tell you until the day, what type of car is coming in.
Would avoid using this company.

Refund provided l, but no contact. They pushed trust pilot for further personal details, "or the review may be withdrawn" but I've not heard a thing from these people.
I would avoid using them. Cheapest isn't best. Customer service poor.

My gears went whilst driving home thankfully just outside their Camberley branch and the managed to get me up and running straight away. Really helpful guys so grateful for their help.

Whilst passing, pulled in to book my car in for new front brake pads, expecting it would be in a few days time. Manager said 'We can do it now...if you want'. 30 minutes later back on the road, Brilliant service!!

I took my car to Formula one for a tyre change, brake fluid change and a steering alignment check. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. There was an issue with the steering and they invited me to have a look. I agreed to the work along with wheel alignment.
The steering setup and the work was as expected at a very reasonable price. Well done to the team at Formula one, thank you

Had an issue and needed it checked on the same day, luckily they had space and I was able to drop it off that evening to have it worked on the following day.
They reviewed the work (which turned out to be more than expected) and gave me a breakdown of what was required and how long it may take.
They were very well mannered, clearly knowledgeable and took the job in hand.
I collected my car that evening and felt confident in the work done.
I'll absolutely be returning to the Camberley branch, Thank you John, Rob and Dan for the hard work put in.

I have recently taken two vehicles into the Autocentre in Camberley. On each occasion I was met by a welcoming, friendly team who accepted the keys and showed me into a comfortable "waiting room". On completion - I was taken through the findings so that I clearly understood. The second vehicle failed due to faulty tyre (cut to the core) and they offered a replacement which was quickly fitted. I will certainly return.

The guys at the Camberley branch are always helpful. The service is second to none. Informative staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Will always use this branch.

The Hawley Lane branch - Camberley.
They are really a horrible lot and not reformed in 3 years. Then they damaged my locking wheel nuts by using an airgun when first loosening them. Cost me dear, and they denied it. The junior actually admitted it was his mistake. But the Manager said the T&C's did not assume responsibility for damage.
Silly me, i tried them again today on 31.12.2023 and no change at all. They sure hate customers. Very rude and unhelpful. Why do companies employ such horrible individuals?
