Went in to EZ Living Enniskillen to have a browse and had a fantastic experience with the family. Dylan from the store offered to help us out and was an absolute credit to the company throughout our time, he took the time to really help us out and listened to our needs every step of the way. Definitely will be back!

Was in first day and found the member of staff helpful and pleasant and happy to take time and answer any questions about the product I was interested in purchasing. I did not place order with the shop this day as I had to check the measurements of my room.
Went in the following day and dealt with a different member of staff who was friendly however gave me different information when my suite would be delivered. It would be beneficial for myself as a customer to have the approximate date of delivery within the receipt.

Mixed initial experience
The sales rep Ryan was excellent, friendly and helpful throughout. Unfortunately he discussed a loose delivery time which was accepted but this ran on where I had to go to the store to ask about the delay. It was explained our order was cancelled by a senior manager but not placed back on the delivery schedule. We are still waiting for delivery and again, Ryan has been very helpful.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. In store, Peter was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He understood exactly what we needed and took the time to talk us through the various options, tailoring a package to suit us. His knowledge was matched only by his patience!
We ordered two three-seater sofas, a two-seater, an armchair, side tables and an ottoman, and everything was delivered within two weeks.
The delivery team were equally fantastic. They took great care bringing everything into our home, positioned it exactly where we wanted it and removed all the packaging afterwards.
A genuinely excellent experience throughout, and we would have no hesitation in recommending EZ Living Interiors.

Enniskillen Grand Opening
My partner and I headed down to the Grand Opening of the Enniskillen Store.
After having had a browse in the Boucher Road store we had a good idea what we were looking for so headed towards the beds upstairs.
We were welcomed by Simon McConnell who was top tier. Simon, who was drafted in from the Boucher Road store, got a feel for what we were after, explained a few things we needed finer detail on and made us feel at ease with some humour.
It was clear Simon has experience, he knew when to dip in and out of our time in the store, left us to it to try out a range of mattresses, came back to us after just the right amount of time to see how we were getting on and if not, told us where we could find him!
We made our choice, found Simon who brought us to the tills, not before we spun a Grand Opening day wheel to try and nab a discount, let’s just say we struck gold!
We had a great morning all round, have our bed ordered and look forward to its delivery in mid September!
