I was in the Tallaght store today. It is beautifully laid out and easy to view all products in comfort. Dominik was very obliging and helped me to find the information I was looking for.
His manner was friendly and cheerful.

Excellent service from start to finish.
We recently visited the EZ Living Furniture store in Tallaght while looking for a new sofa and couldn't have been happier with the service we received.
Deirdre was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely helpful, friendly and patient, taking the time to go through the different options with us without ever making us feel under any pressure. She was particularly helpful when it came to choosing the right style and fabric, and her knowledge and advice were greatly appreciated.
We eventually decided on the Aura 2.5-seater in Mink, and we're really looking forward to having it delivered.
Excellent customer service and a great experience in the Tallaght store. Deirdre is a credit to the team. We would have no hesitation recommending EZ Living Furniture.

The store has a great selection and staff
The store is huge and has a great selection. I was looking for bar stools and got great advice and help from Aidan. He made it all very easy, I will be back for sure.

Very pleased with my new rug
Very pleased with my new rug , staff were very helpful, I was a bit worried it wouldn’t fit in my car as it was quite large , but no bother to Aidan he carried it out to my car and fitted it in safely he is a real gent. I would higher recommend EZLivingFurniture staff a lovely and huge range of furniture and rugs. Very pleased.

The three female assistants were…
The three female assistants were standing at the counter talking. Eventually, the older lady stepped forward but said they had no stock - that it’s just a showroom. Our chosen article would cost €49 to deliver. We bought it online with free delivery.

We also acknowledge your feedback regarding the three members of staff standing at the counter talking rather than approaching you sooner.
This is not the level of service we expect from our team.
Our store is a showroom, so while we don’t hold stock there, our team can assist and advise customers in choosing their items and placing their orders.
The delivery charge for an order placed in store would be the same as the charge online.
We do, however, regularly run free delivery promotions, so it’s possible that a free delivery promotion had started between your visit to the store and when you placed your online order.
We’re glad you were ultimately able to purchase your chosen item with free delivery, but we’re sorry for the confusion and inconvenience caused during your visit.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback and will take it on board with the team to ensure we provide a more welcoming and attentive experience in future.

We knew the piece we wanted beforehand but the staff where very attentive quick and precise. On picking up the piece the member of staff helped me put it in my car.
