Friendly helpful staff member Fergus@liffey valley store

We went to EZ Living to purchase furniture recently. Having had a good experience last year we decided we would go there first for what we needed now.
While browsing the various displays in the shop (Fonthill) we were approached by a sales agent. His name is Fergal and his is an excellent person to deal with. He is extremely knowledgeable about all products on sale, helpful with decision making and most importantly he does not push. We were not in a position to pay a deposit due to waiting for confirmation that a contract had been signed for the sale of a house.
He kept in touch with us and we called to the store to update him. This week we paid our deposit. Fergal made the whole process so easy. Not everyone is suitable to working in sales. The ultimate goal for any sales person is obviously to secure the sale but there is a way to do this. In a professional, curtious and respectful way. Fergal has all of these qualities in abundance.
If you are planning on buying some furniture, you will be doing yourself a favour by dealing with Fergal.

I visited Fonthills branch. Fergal was lovely, he gave me an honest opinion and provided me with all the true information I required. I came the next day to purchase the sofas I decided to buy, he met me again and facilitated the process while having a nice sense of humour.

I bought a bed from Fergal in the Fonthill shop. He was so friendly, and so helpful. He made the whole experience straight forward and easy . I will definitely come back to the Fonthill store for future purchases .

Fiona was excellent advising what furniture might suit our space. She had the knowledge and experience to guide us in our purchase. Great range to chose from and delighted with customer service.

The employees were extremely rude and sounded racist. One of them even said you have been in the store for 3 hours even when we were buying a furniture and talking to another staff-Joseph who was nice enough to help. But the other two male staffs were extremely rude. My kids accidently got on one of them bed , they are 3 years old, i understand it was our mistake but he very rudely said to my kids that it not your playground. Completely insensitve and rude. He seemed to have something against us. Won’t buy anything further from the store

Thanks for coming back. But it sounds like it was justified for the employees to react the way they did? Comments like you have been here for 3 hours when it was only 15-20 Mins and playground comment is all in good spirit. In my review i have clearly accepted the fact that there was an issue on our side, and we did apologise. Instead we were told by the employee that the apology meant nothing to them. Anyways, if you dont have to do anything about the feedback , don’t ask for one. Feels like I have wasted my time.

I had a lovely sales lady called Fiona, looking after me. Her advice on measurements was key for my small living room and made great suggestions to suit it. I picked out the Skyline suite, so happy! Lovely lady and very knowledgeable, no hard sell, just easy helping me with my decisions. It's 20 yrs since I purchased a new suite, Fiona made it so easy! Fabulous store, so inviting! Thanks Fiona!!

Staff very helpful

Amazing experience twice in two weeks now. First one was fantastic but second one was even better. Dealt with Jason I believe who was incredible. The knowledge, enthusiasm and energy he possessed were amazing. Genuinely put a smile on my face. Absolute credit to the company and store!!
