Friendly, helpful service and competitive prices
Excellent customer service - tracked down the last remaining stock of the ladder I was after and was extremely thorough and helpful, including making sure that my things were all delivered on the best day for me and turned up exactly when promised. Items were high quality so not cheap, but the prices compared very well with their competitors, plus went the extra mile - unlike other places who didn't care enough to check the stock availability properly.

Disappointed to learn that after paying for the item, it was was not available for 2 weeks. Should be notified of lead time and/or availability on website prior to paying for the product.

I would like to say in our defense that in this case the manufacturers were out of stock and we sent you an email shortly after receiving your order to say that the steps would take 12 to 14 days and gave you the option to cancel your order. Good product very keen price but unfortunately quite some delay in receiving the tools.
I only have the one experience and so it is a minimal sample. The goods when they arrived were of a good quality and the price was as good as anywhere. Unfortunately I experienced quite a long delay before the goods arrived.
