When I discovered my passport had expired and had a trip given to us at the last minute, of course I panicked. Once contact was made with Passport Express, they assured me I could keep my itinerary and they would make sure my passport would come back in time. It came back earlier than expected and all my anxiety was allayed. Great service!!

Child passport ASAP
We didn't realize our 5-year-old needed a passport to travel to Canada until 2 weeks before the trip--our local department suggested this company and they were amazing! We chose the 3-5 day shipping: sent it out on Tuesday and back to us in the mail by Friday! Also staff made sure we had everything in order and they were VERY friendly!! Recommend this for sure!!

Terrible customer service!
I have emailed this company's rep (the one who initially email me instructions) nearly a week ago, I have placed two requests through their website, and called their company about 7 times. I can't seem to get any response. I'm starting to get extremely frustrated at the lack of communication I'm experiencing. Even more frustrating is to get an email last Thursday that they see I have upcoming travel plans and to call them. I HAVE been calling and emailing, and even days prior to this email they sent, and eveny day since, and no one bothers to answer the phone, respond to a voicemail or respond to an email. Absolutely horrible company to work with so far. I will see if I get my passport in time.

Order passport. Received information to fill out and then was notified of additional charges. I cancelled within 12 hours of ordering which falls within their 24 hour window. Now it has been 2 weeks and they refuse to take my calls or respond to my emails. WATCH OUT FOR A JOHN KREBS!!
