The websight it's self was a good find, the product was £30 cheaper than the nearest competitor, postage was prompt all details were available with ease and packaging was discreet. Would recommend this sight to anyone

fantastic in one word

Bit wary as some sites are dodgy. Exclusively Eve had exactly what I wanted (G-Ki) and it arrived a coupe of days later, beautifully wrapped in side & discreet outsde.
Wrong colour was sent & when I queried this I was contacted by Eve who could not apologise enough - simple packing error. I was offered the correct colour but decided to stick with what I had - certainly doesn't seem to bother my wife.
I can't recommend Exclusively Eve highly enough and will definitely be back.

Last Saturday I placed a rather large order with Exclusively Eve. My primary reason for shopping with them was that they had an item in stock that my usual adult store did not. I received a confirmation e-mail and all seemed well. I was surprised when I didn't hear anything from them on Monday, as I had expected a shipping confirmation. Tuesday I got two further e-mails which seemed confirmations for my order again, but this time in two separate lots. One ostensibly made by phone (I never called them). Then I got confirmation that one part of my order had been payed for. I was surprised as I had payed for the full order on the Saturday I ordered. I couldn't detect any double charges though and decided to wait and see. Well apparently by last night one half of my order was ready to ship...and still is almost 24 hours later. No shipping confirmation. No tracking number. The other half is awaiting stock. The other half being the item that initially attracted me to the page. I checked on the page and according to that the item is in stock and ready to be shipped "Tomorrow" - same as it was when I ordered it. If I wanted to wait for stock I would have gone with my usual store.

So to recap - four days after ordering something that was supposedly ready "tomorrow" my things haven't even left the warehouse. There has been no communication about an item being out of stock, no indication on the homepage that it is out of stock - even though they must now have a backlog of at least one - and no attempt to ask my opinion on splitting the order. There also has been no information as to what the hold up was with the rest of the items. May be I have been pampered by the internet, but I expect weekend order to be with the post/courier by Monday evening the latest. If you can't achieve that, then please don't put it on your page. I expect for my parcel to be with me by Wednesday - not for me be hunting through my mailbox, trying to figure out what went wrong.

For what it is worth: I am almost certain these people are not a scam and I am confident I will get my items at some stage. However they are disorganised, really need to update the stock check on their homepage and start talking to their customers. Considering how many alternatives there are out there, I just don't feel that is good enough.

I will now wait and see what happens and update the review accordingly.
