EwinRacing Recenzje

Absolutely stunning service

What a awesome company

Amazing chair. I've been through 5 different chairs this year and hands done the best I've ever owned. Fast shipping and awesome customer service too.

its wider than the current chair I have. (Good thing) Padding is good, mobility is good and sturdy. Reclining is good and so is adjustability.

Worst chairs and customer service I have ever had. My chair arrived with the box all torn up and very noisy. I reached out to them and they said I can return it, but there is a catch, the customer has to pay $300 to ship it back to them as "per their policy". Then they find any stupid reason to charge you extra. I got charged $100 for not removing the piston from the base... EwinRacing I asked to speak with a manager and they denied my request. And I bought their most expensive chair, you would of thought they would treat their customers better but shows they don't care. As for their ratings, you receive an email, if you rate it anything less than a 4 star, the web page can not be found to submit your rating.. how convenient.

E-WIN Champion Upgraded Series Ergonomic Computer Gaming Office Chair with Pillows - CPG-REV

The padding on this chair is quite sparse. I purchased it for my wife, and she quickly deemed it uncomfortable after only a few days of use.
The chair arrived in a flimsy box that FedEx managed to destroy, yet we decided to keep it as the chair itself only sustained minor marks on the armrest.
Putting it together was straightforward.
However, the armrests are made of a cheap, hard plastic.
The padding on both the back and seat is insufficient, leading to discomfort after a short period.
Unlike the Flash XL series, the head pillow is attached with straps instead of magnets.
Attempts to return or exchange the chair with Ewin were unsuccessful due to the destroyed packaging, as they refused to accommodate our request.
We advise against purchasing this chair unless it's for a child or young adult, as it may not be a wise investment.

I’m a 300+ lb former football player and this is the first gaming chair I ever felt this level of comfort in

Perfect chair. Fast shipping. 10/10!

My chair from E-Win Racing is PERFECT! I especially love the lumbar support and magnetic pillow. All of the adjustability features make this chair a must-have for gamers. Love the color options as well!

I received this chair a few weeks ago and so far I love it. I never wanted a gaming chair because they are usually uncomfortable, but this was the first gaming chair I’ve ever sat in. That was actually comfortable to sit in overall if you want to give me a chair that’s comfortable, this is the one

Love this chair, lota of range of motion

Love their chairs!! The quality, design, and comfortability are above standards. I would 100% recommend them.

Love the gaming chair I got. Easy to assemble and sturdy. Using it for 2 weeks so far. I had great experience.

Very sturdy chair and it's very useful for promotional uses. The directions weren't as clear as I found the video more useful but that's just me. We used it for a channel promotion and yes I do have to say it's extremely durable. He loves the chair very much couldn't ask for better.

Thus truly is the best chair I’ve used, adjustable lombar support, and the latch to raise or lower the back is just perfect

The EWin Gaming chairs are nothing but high quality! The packaging was very simple and instructions made putting this chair together a breeze! Ordering was streamlined and shipped the next day. The Customer service was exquisite and the product was even better! Highly recommend their line of gaming chairs to anyone that sits at a desk for any duration of time!

I recently got my hands on the EwinRacing Gaming Chair, and it's been a game-changer (pun intended) for my setup. Let me break down why it's become my favorite spot in the house:

Comfort-wise, it's like sitting on a cloud that's specifically designed for gamers. The padding is plush but supportive, especially around the lower back area, which makes marathon gaming sessions a breeze. No more stiff back or discomfort after hours of play!

Durability-wise, this chair feels like it's built to last. The materials used are high-quality, and you can tell they didn't skimp on the construction. The stitching is solid, and every component feels sturdy, which is reassuring considering how much I use it.

One of the things I love most is the adjustability. Being able to tweak the height, angle, and armrests to fit my exact preferences has made a noticeable difference in my comfort level. It's like the chair molds itself to me, not the other way around.

Aesthetically, it's a winner too. The design is sleek and modern, and the color options allowed me to match it perfectly with the rest of my gaming setup. It's like the chair completes the whole look!

In short, if you're on the hunt for a gaming chair that's not only comfortable and durable but also looks great, the EwinRacing Gaming Chair is a solid choice. It's become my go-to for gaming and relaxation, and I couldn't be happier with it.

Amazing customer service, fast response times, and fast shipping

winRacing chairs are an excellent choice for content creators and streamers who spend long hours sitting down. As a larger creator myself, I have found my EwinRacing chair to be incredibly comfortable and supportive, even after more than a year of regular use.
One of the standout features of EwinRacing chairs is their durability. Despite the extended periods I spend sitting in my chair, it has shown no signs of wear and tear. The high-quality materials and sturdy construction ensure that the chair remains in pristine condition, providing the same level of comfort as the day I first received it.
What sets EwinRacing apart is their attention to detail when designing chairs specifically for bigger creators. The chair's dimensions and weight capacity accommodate larger individuals, ensuring a comfortable and secure seating experience. The adjustable features, such as the armrests, backrest, and seat height, allow for a customized fit that caters to my unique needs and preferences

I purchased their Flash XL chair after a recommendation from a friend, being someone that falls into the "Big & Tall" category, back in December 2021. Their website advertises that the chair can support up to 550 lbs. I'm nowhere close to that weight, close to 330 lbs.

Over the 2023 holiday period, I noticed that my chair's back was not sitting upright, and leaning to a side. Upon further inspection after noticing the chair bending when I leaned back in it last week, the seat base is bent.

I reached out to customer service via e-mail, because they say that the steel frame carries a 10 year warranty. It's been 2.25 years since I bought it. They requested photos, which I provided, and then alleged that the chair had excessive force used in reclining, and that it wasn't covered under warranty.

I'm sorry, but leaning back in a chair that's built with hardware to allow it do so, is not "excessive force." I tried to respond with more clarification of my case, and they have refused to respond to me.

If you're a larger/heavier person like me, do NOT believe what they advertise on their website.
