Ordered two devices. One was full of some very sticky blue residue.it is all over inside and out. Both similar products were poorly constructed and the hole were the down pipe goes is badly deformed with rough uneven edges making it almost unusable. Had to do what I could with tape and silicone, but definitely not first rate. Did not expect to get rejected seconds.

Great product and great customer service. My item arived with a broken part. I sent an emial with pictures showing the broken part and a new part was shipped out right away.

I’m pretty sure this is the cleanest high I’ve ever gotten! It feels good going in even on the highest temp. Battery life is eh but for this price the tokes do it a great justice.

After having worked with their help team about a broken price that came with my bong, they agreed to ship me a replacement for free. Great customer service and the initial shipping time was less then three days and I’m on the opposite coast. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Really bad company!! Would avoid at all costs. Ive purchased a black widow vape it doesnt work at all i cant taste or see no vapour. I have contacted customer service numerous amounts of times to get a FULL REFUND and for me to return to their address.

I keep getting fobbed off by the staff it seems like a faulty item or wanting a refund is impossible. What else do you want me to do?? Appersntly they cant see the videos i have been sending to them for proof that this vape isnt working. One member of staff gave me their personal email so i can send it. They have not got back!!

Ive had enough of waiting and their unprofessional service i do not know of any company who doesnt have a proper returns thing in place. If a product is faulty it clearly is!!

I al contacting my bank today to get my money back and for them to do an investigation into this company.

What a stellar company! I purchased a piece of glassware that arrived in less than 2 business days. It was amazingly priced and came with a carry case. Both the case and the piece were beautiful, unfortunately the glass piece had a very thin hairline crack around the base. I let the company know the situation, and the next day I was told I'd get a replacement right away. They even sent me a link to the new product I was receiving as a replacement, which ended up being double the value of what I originally paid for. I received it in 2 business days, and not only did I receive what I was told, I received an entire kit! Rolling papers, filters, a lighter, a grinder, and screens. Not just that, the case is even nicer than what I originally received! This is the greatest replacement shipment I think I've ever received from any company before. Thank you so much for your honesty, and I know where I'll be buying all of my accessories from now on. :)
