It was my firt time to shop in internet...i risk to buy my first smartphone from everbuying with flat rate shipping...i live in greece and 15 days came at my home a very good quality smartphone!!! From this time i bought often from everbuying and i m superhappy...one day i broke the screen of my chinese brand smartphone and they send me a new one with a very good price and now i have a perfect phone!!!! Plusieurs achats sur ce site. Certains produits semblent "reconditionnés" et ne fonctionnent que partiellement. D'autres ne sont pas conformes aux commandes faites ou incomplets. Ce site n'hésite pas à vous solliciter pour lui attribuer 5 étoiles en promettant cadeaux et services privilégiés mais il ne tient jamais ses promesses. Par ailleurs il ne diffuse sur son site que les avis "très positifs" et élimine systématiquement les avis négatifs. C'est sans équivoque de la vente malhonnête.
Autre "technique" : Everbuying vous propose en tant que "client privilégié" une réduction de 20% sur votre prochaine commande. le 30 août 2015 j'ai donc commandé 3 articles textiles différents. Le 16 septembre sans nouvelle de ma commande j'ai demandé des explications renouvelées également l 17 septembre, avec menace d'ouvrir un litige auprès de Paypal. Réponse immédiate :"... nous ne pourrons malheureusement pas honorer les articles commandés. Vous pouvez choisir d'autres articles sur notre site.....". Remises mensongères pour inciter à commander ensuite d'autres articles à prix fort. Ce vendeur en ligne chinois utlise des méthodes de vente qui s'apparentent à de l'escroquerie. A dénoncer sans réserve.

I've order Ulefone be touch 2 since 30th July until now item still no ship out. I open ticket via crappy website and also in facebook fanpage bo response!! This web is untrust, scam and no support don't buy from them!

I see that someone has written a bad review because he got charged import duties or because they waited for their item. That's more a review of the buyer than the web site. I have been buying things from them from 2013 until now and I'll continue buying in the future. Their communication is good, for a Chinese site. Their prices are lower that other similar sites. I have always received the items that I bought, with free shipping from China. Yes, I waited between 15 to 25 days, but that is the same anytime you buy from China. Since I pay with Paypal I am 100% sure that even if they try to avoid to refund me, for which there was no need so far, I know I'll get my money back in the worst case scenario.

I bought a Kingzone Z1 with specifications that I really needed. NFC, Fingerprint unlock, face unlock etc. Unfortunately, NONE OF THOSE THINGS WORKS. Also, the battery functions as a 1300mAh, but the site says that it has 3500mAh. Back cover is sensible to break.

After noticing all this problems I contacted the customer service of Everbuying, and to be honest, this customer service replies lately, also, if you want to return the product, you have to pay all the customs fees and shipping costs by yourself.
