Service appointment
Had a 2 hour slot for my service due to having a service plan. This was helpful as I could have waited if necessary. In this case I chose to leave , I was then contacted to say my car was ready but when I returned 20 minutes later, it was still being washed

Has this year you have stopped operating a collect and delivery for the disable for mot service etc.Not happy about that. The staff at evans halshaw are a credit to you ,Amy looked after me very well ,whilst I waited for me car.
