Poor service
Poor service. Poor attitude. Made to wait following query after first service while engineer "was having his lunch". Atmosphere was awkward if not dismissive, but at least I have learned two things. 1 where not to go for services 2 when things go wrong, suddenly everybody is at lunch or in a meeting. Should have just gone to local garage for servicing.
Lesson learned.

I was a bit disappointed this last visit because they didn't ring me until 5.00pm and they close at 5.30pm so I didn't have time to go and pick the car up so I had to go the next day
