Rude Manager & Poor Service
The service I received last week was shocking! I had a valuation from the garage to return my hyundai i10 and clear my PCP finance. I had all the paperwork and the figure from the garage. After an hour in the showroom I was advised they wouldn't pay the figure they had quoted both in e-mail and verbally and the service was shocking, especially the attitude of one of the manager's who name I unfortunately didn't get. One of the sales people was really good though and did their best to help the situation. I was fuming as I had purchased a vehicle there, so did my mother-in-law and my husband came with me as he was interested in buying a brand new vehicle from them but after the service I received he said there was no way he would buy a vehicle from there.

Dreadful experience
Dreadful experience. Took a reserve fee for a car and then sold it to someone else which they aren't supposed to do. Lied about it having gone before I reserved it. Then I had the battle to get my reserve fee back! Refused to answer my emails. Raised an official complaint got a ticket number and promised a response within 48 hours - nothing. Eventually 9 working days later I have my reserve fee back (reservation contract says 5 days). Avoid! No integrity whatsoever.

A good garage that goes out of their way to treat you and you car with respect
because of my disability they picked up and returned my car at the times arranged. The driver was very respectful and took care with my car.
When it was returned the car had been cleaned inside and out.
Altogether an excellent all round experience

The most awful and dishonest people I have ever encountered. Bought a used kona was faulty from day 1 refusing to refund or assist in any way. Their response will be like all here. We are so so sorry you feel this way we pride ourselves on our customer service. Well you don’t and you just lie lie. Just been and collected a Renualt Zoe the service from Peter was great, it took a week to get bought as it was 2nd hand and needed to be cleaned and checked but as when I looked at the car to buy it lifted the Bonnet it was full of Leaves so never checked it until I got home today the car has been cleaned inside and out but not under the bonnet as 🤔 it took me 10mins to do a Vacuum and a Wipe down is all it takes to get a Better Review.
