Purchased a car at the end of April
I bought a car at the end of April, it has an issue with the back light & water leaking in. I was told a new part would be ordered. I never had any follow up about this which resulted in myself needing to chase it up which was very disappointing. Since the original review was put up Mark one of the sales managers quickly resolved this along with the Service manager Scott. Thanks to the both of them for getting the light fixed.

If I could give zero stars I could!!
If I could give zero stars I could!!! My son in law bought a car got 30 miles away from dealership and car went into limp mode. The garage didn't give a flying 4x!!! AA was called and car was made drivable back to Newcastle but nowhere near fixed! The car was sent to a dealers who specialised in this car and a quote was given to evans halshaw Glasgow who eventually agreed to let the work go ahead and pay for it, my son inlaw had paid £3k for extended warranty. The car was fixed but then wasn't released as the bill wasn't paid for over a week!!!!! Abominable customer service!!! We will never deal with evans halshaw again!

Do not buy their Premium Warranty, it does not cover anything. The company argues that any fault is "wear and tear", when it clearly is not. Complete waste of additional £900.

I booked a repair appointment online for the 12th Jan, but received an email to say it was booked for the 21st? When I called to check if there was a typo or glitch I was told that their booking system was more a 'request' system. What a waste of my time. If they cant get the first contact right, what trust dose that give you in the rest of their service offering? Will not use.

Seamless SUV purchase @ Evans Halshaw Ford Glasgow
