Steven resorted my faith in dealerships
Having had a bit of a rough experience with another garage, I was really cautious about trying again and almost gave up. Steven from Evans Halshaw Chorley was wonderful. I put in a query the evening before and he called the next day. We had lots of follow up questions, he answered them all, even getting a new video done of the car before we committed because it was going to be a long drive. He also made an extra call to make sure that we were aware of the change in milage and drop in price from the original offer, understanding that it may impact our decision. He could have waited until we'd made the drive and were pretty much committed, his honestly was appreciated and really helped with the sale. Due to some security issues with the bank, we were delayed which meant he had to stay late. He at no time rushed us, he could not have been more polite, friendly and helpful. He set up the car for me, made sure I knew how to use everything, checked equipment and there was no hard sell on anything. A simple 'no thanks' and he said no more to added extras. I went with my husband and it was a lovely experience that he spoke to me, recognising it would be my car, that hadnt happened in the other garage, so a lovely gent who I'd definitely recommend visiting.
