The staff where polite, friendly and kept me informed all the way through the process

Very helpful friendly and efficient

No communication since buying the car, I had to initiate the contact last minute before the day of delivery. They would pass my call from one member of staff to another and all of them including managers sounded like it's their first day at work. I payed for GardX and was told the car would be valeted. Guess what, I received it after six days all dirty inside and no GardX applied, with empty tank showing just enough fuel to drive 10 miles. I emailed their manager to request a refund for GardeX and some money to cover valeting expenses since I have to arrange it myself. No reply whatsoever, will have to escalate to Pendragon plc and make this well known on social media. Got some photos of the car taken on the day of delivery, so everyone can see in what state you may receive your car if buying form Evans Halshaw. Appalling customer care.

The customer service provided by the service department is excellent and Connor was very helpful. I was advised what I could expect timescale wise and that was exactly what I received. Faultless!

Ease of booking and kept informed of progress through the day

We took our DS7 in for service/repairs and I wanted to thank Connor for all his hard work and dedication to ensuring the job was done thoroughly and correctly. He had kept us updated throughout, great customer service and a very friendly team.

My car was booked into Evans Halshaw Citroen yesterday 25/03/2024. I made the booking Thursday 21/03/2024, I was told it was booked for a 4 hour slot but it probably wouldn't take that long, I was told the labour would be £120 I said £30 an hour and he said yes. The part needed had been on back order and I cannot remember the price I was quoted. I arrived at 9:30 AM the person at the desk showed me his calculator and told me I could be looking at about £445. I received a phone call at 11:45 telling the repair had been completed and they just waiting for it to be washed, Bill came to £508.45. My car was with the technician 2 hours and 15 minutes and that included the FREE vehicle health check including prices for parts needed. It also included a FREE valet. When I questioned why I was being charged for 4 hours of labour I was told it was a 4 hour slot, this was not made clear when I asked about cost. They also "forgot" to tell me it didn't include VAT.
