The whole buying process was smooth. Initially, Ivana was my contact person. She was very helpful - giving insight about the watch, communicating the price including the state sales tax, following up with the receipt of the wired funds, and emailing me the day when to receive the watch. Excellent customer service from Ivana. Please let her know that when I am ready to purchase the next watch, she will be my contact.
The watch was nicely packed with all the warranties and paperwork. The box arrived in good condition on overnight FedEx.

She’s responsive not pushy; thoughtful but not arrogant; fair & reasonable; and genuinely happy to have you match up with your timepiece. I recently purchased a watch with Amy's assistance, and her responsiveness and customer service were excellent. Although the watch was relatively inexpensive, the level of service was never compromised.

The watch was shipped immediately, and I received it by midday the very next day. When purchasing a watch remotely without seeing it in person, most enthusiasts are eager to receive it as quickly as possible, and the fast shipping made the experience even better.
