The item I ordered is on back order, my credit was charged the second I hit the purchase button, I believe that it should not have been charged until the idem is in stock and shipped.Which is what some other companies do.

Too expensive to return
Had to purchase new bases because return process was cost prohibitive to return the bases that do not work for this system.
Cost is prohibitive due to the 20% restocking fee and mounted optics accessories being potentially rejected.

Our return policy isn't expensive. The cost you're referring to is return shipping, which we don't cover unless the error was ours, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product. In those cases, we provide a prepaid return label without exception.
If you ever have questions about fitment before ordering, our sales team is always happy to help ensure you get the correct bases for your rifle and scope.
