Yes I was very pleased with the booking process, going for my appointment, tKing the test and getting the results. Everything was so easy and smooth that I told my collard some of them canceled their appointments at other places and booked with Eurofins. Loved the service. Thank you.

My test was lost after I done the test…
My test was lost after I done the test at a test centre. No explanation on just theses things happen. I only found out the night before my travel day after I rang. Randox saved the day as I was able to do a 3hr test but the inconvenience of me travelling to Heathrow and anxiety was bad as I could have lost a £750 air ticket.

Booked a PCR test in Swindon
Booked a PCR test in Swindon, the test centre was locked when I arrived 15 mins before my test. Spoke with customer services who were attempting to speak with the area manager as this was not an isolated incident. After waiting over an hour and feeling very stressed I needed to rearrange with another company.
