It was very easy to find my way around the website and I found some great deals that made my holiday extra enjoyable. The places recommended were great as well and I am very satisfied with the choice I made for booking.

I would like to express my disappointment with the bad services and the way Eurobookings. com deal with the customers. I was charged higher price that it was quoted when I was booking my stay. It was almost 25% more. I booked the room through the Czech version of the website with the price quoted in Czech crowns, my local currency, written in big green script. The total room rate for the whole stay was CZK 5880.46. However, they deducted CZK 7302 from my credit card. After seeing this, I could see that the price in US dollar was 322.76. However, this was written in miniature letters.
I would like to warn potential customers that Eurobookings.com deliberately cheat concerning the exchange rate because a lower price in local currency (not corresponding with even the highest exchange rates) looks more attractive and makes more people buy the accommodation.
After long waiting for their answer, they informed me that there was a problem with my bank. BUT! I checked their website and I found that they had adjusted the exchange rate, so that it was correct. Now, the amount of 322 US dollars corresponds with the price I was charged. So, they clearly juggled with the exchange rate to attract more customers in an unfair way. I deem this a fraud. Please, beware of what Eurobookings.com claim. I have come across similar complaints.

I need to say this was my first time to book through Eurobookings. I get all the informations which i need and it is much easier to go through the booking process than with other booking sites. I open some of them, but at the end i booked through Eurobookings. It is for sure that i will use this booking system in the future.

Ayant réservé depuis plusieurs jours et ayant eu confirmation par e-mail, j'ai été fortement étonné qu'arrivant à l'hôtel mon nom était absent de leur fichier de réservations.
J'ai du représenter ma carte VISA pour pouvoir prétendre obtenir une chambre.
Heureusement qu'il y en avait une de libre !!!, que faire dans le cas contraire ? surtout lorsque vous êtes accompagné d'un enfant de 5 ans....

I found that the hotel had charged me for my stay in addition to Eurobookings. I called Eurobookings last week and was told that the hotel had indeed recorded that I had been charged twice but I would have to wait 72 business hours before I could have a decision on repayment. After 96 hours without response I called again. The clerk said she would call the hotel as there were no notes on my file about my call. Then the line went dead. I called again and the clerk again called the hotel. He informed me that the hotel had charged twice and that I would be refunded the money that Eurobookings had taken from my card and that I would receive an email in confirmation within a few minutes. I have yet to receive it some 3,5 hours later. This is poor customer service.

I booked a hotel in Berlin for a short trip. The booking was easy to navigate and I was able to select and confirm in easy steps.
The commuinication was very good and the relevant information was sent to me immediately to secure my booking. On arrival at the Hotel, everything was in place as described.
Recommended for clear description, ease of use and service.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was lovely!
The room booked through eurobookings was spacious with an en-suite bathroom, free internet and a balcony overlooking the garden with fountain. The staff was nice and helpful. I definately don't regret booking through eurobookings.

Eurobookings.com is a perfect way to find a good, valuable place to stay. We always use eurobookings and never regreted. Good service

I have checked other sites and compare them to eurobookins. This site is always cheaper. A very easy to use site and there is a wide selection of hotels you can choose from. I recommend to try this site out.

It was my first time using eurobookings.com and i have to say it is a pleasant website to use. When making my reservation, I did something wrong and I had to cancel and make a new one. I had no problems making a cancelation and making my new reservation. I am definately using eurobookings again in the next time!

The Dublin Airport Premier Inn. A shuttle bus .service every 30 minutes to and from the Airport Terminals. Breakfast was excellent with both Black and White pudding available, along with the usual sausages, was bacon, fried or scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and baked beans - boiled or poached eggs, porridge available on request. Also a full selection of cereals, fruit juices and as much tea or coffee that you wanted. Room was very clean and quiet. All in all I had a quiet and calm place to return to after course work and the opportunity for further uninterrupted study.

Be careful of this website. They mislead and misrepresent!
Looks great and well put together, however! BE WARNED!
They write in three places, FREE Cancellation or Free Cancellation up to 14 days before, BUT if you click on a little link to the right, you discover that there is a charge of one night immediately or 50% of the booking 14 days before.
When I called 5 mins later to change the date of the booking.
They said they need to get an ok from the hotel manager otherwise I would be charged.
So they put me on hold for two mins, and then said that they called the hotel but the hotel manager wasn't there. Wrong! she was there, there is only one person who answers the phone and she owns the place. When I spoke to her she told me that she was there the entire evening and no-one called. And had they called they would have only spoken to her. So I put together a conference call between eurobookings and the Hotel, Sonya from the hotel was very nice and said no problem at all. After identifying her eurobookings had no choice but to refund me the money.
When I spoke to the manager he said that he thinks their website is clear.
I beg to differ!!
You have been warned Eurobookings is misleading and misrepresentative. I recommend booking in a website that does not mislead you.
