I ordered 5 knives (total price €741) at their site at 2021 Sep. 2nd. When I ordered, they said it’ll take 25-35 days. So I wait till 2022 Jan. 20th and sent first mail to ask situation (till that, there was no information notified by Euro Knife). Euro Knife replied as “ordered item will arrive Euro Knife at end of Jan.”

Again, I waited a while. And finally, I sent email to ask refund at 2022 May 21. However at the time I write this review (2022 June 17), there is no reply.

This is my experience.

I have finally now been issued a refund. Unfortunately it took two bad reviews and the threat of further action to get my money back. Mr Jozef Baslar asked me to delete my comments but I refused in order to warn others what they might expect.
In response to Mr Baslars reply I would like to point out my First request for a refund was February 18th! And that's NOT 14 days!!
Also "25 emails" is rubbish!!! I've just counted them - there are 9 including 3 demands for a refund. His attempts to whitewash his company's Terrible customer service should tell you all you need to know And expect from Euroknife.

Keurig geleverd. Sneller dan op de site werd aangegeven. Betrof een wat lastiger verkrijgbaar mes. En voor een hele mooie prijs.

Hello everyone, I purchased a Benchmade infidel (expensive knive) from euro-knife.com, after seeing reviews here I was so worried it was a scam that I cancelled my order
BUT Josef sent me a picture of the knife and 3 days later I got my knife in the mail all duty and tax paid

I can not speak about other people but with me Josef has been very correct, he answered all my emails and questions ( yes his English is not the best) but all my emails where answered fast

My purchase of 2 Victorinox 58mm knives - Classic SD 0.6223. Transparent Red and Classic Red 0.6203, came well packed, brand new & intact in black pocket slips & arrived today Wednesday 9th February 2022

My thanks to Mr. Jozef of Euro knives in Slovakia who I have bought from before for his good service & reliability, I hope to do business with him again as the prices on Euro Knife are competitive & the shipping costs reasonable. Euro Knife has a good selection of Victorinox, Swiza & Mikov knives & I previously bought both Victorinox & Mikov knives from Euro Knife which is a 5 Star internet seller that I highly recommend especially for Victorinox collectors !

Delivery is very fast and reliable (no delays or issues at all). Packaging is good so to prevent any potential damage during transit.

Excellent site and service. It took some time before the payment was recognized, but after that the knife was shippped very fast. No problems across the Dutch borders, and the knife is as discribed. So i'm a happy costumer!

Never received my order. Have requested a refund & yet to receive one. Very poor customer service.

So I just got my refund, so I said I will update my review.
I suspect many people didn’t receive their goods or get a refund, customer service leaves a lot to be desired and I will never go near this website again just not worth the hassle. This is as kind as I can be after my experience

I ordered this knife from "euro-knife" on 11.02.2021., It came on 19.02.2021.. I got the online-invoice very fast. Took few days for it to have the "shipped" status. Got everything in the mail(Knife and printed Invoice). More than satisfied with the service and the shipping, no defects, secure payment with credit cards and very user friendly site. But most important is the fact that their products got through borders without a problem.

Ordered a knife on 30th Dec 2020 have still not received knife and when contact them all they say is that has been posted and not there responsibility but they took money not getting any help at all now they won't answer emails when you pay £60 for something you expect to receive it asked for money back and they said no would never recommend this site discusted

Good service, good product. Bought a knife, it shipped to Ireland no problem. Very pleased with this company and would highly recommend!

Delivered in specified time with no problems. Box was undamaged and the knife works brilliantly. Not sure if they still deliver to the UK since Brexit but I’m waiting for a response on that now.

Bought a Böker pocket knife, shipped from Slovakia monday, arrived in my mailbox in Denmark friday. Good stuff!

Don't bother. Waiting weeks for 2 boxes. I was told I'll be waiting a few more weeks. I guess they pass the order onto China and the customer has wait the delivery time.

Great product and service. Placed my order and received an email confirming this. Two days later I had a further email confirming that the order had been shipped. Admittedly it took 14 days for my order to arrive but this is a reflection of the postage charged - so I just had to be patient !! Very pleased with the product, great quality and reasonably priced. Thank you.
