Prolific spammers. Emailed every week for five months. The same email just over and over again saying "In order to have your company inserted in the EU Business Register for 2022/2023, please print, complete and submit the attached form in a reply to this email."

The website has no apparent reputation or weight to it. The official European Business Registry Association issued a notice:

"Over the past years, we have received several complaints about a company – EU Business Register – demanding enterprises to pay for annual subscriptions to a marketing database.

We would like to clarify that European Business Registry Association (EBRA) AISBL has no relations whatsoever with EU Business Register."

995€ per 3anni per essere inseriti in un registro che non interessa a nessuno.

Attenzione, truffa. Arriva un modulo da firmare per essere inseriti in un fantomatico database europeo per le imprese legate al mondo delle costruzioni. Nel modulo, scritto molto in piccolo, c'è la clausola che firmando si accettano le condizioni descritte nel sito EUBUSINESSREGISTER.NET. Andando sul sito si scopre che, se si ha firmato, ci si è im pegnati a spendere 2985 euro per tre anni. Io ci sono cascato una decina di anni fa (DAD, molto simile) e nonostante il mio avvocato abbia avuto ragione sulla truffa, mi sono dovuto occupare della mia difesa.

Check the small-print on the for and you will find that the fee is 995 Euros per year, for a minimum of three years!
The online database is worthless -Avoid unless you want to be completely ripped-off.

Deze spam source uit Nederland stuurt uitnodigingen om uw bedrijf in te schrijven in het zogezegde EU Business Register. Door een formuliertje in te vullen verbindt men zich aan hun voorwaarden. Die zijn niet aan het formuliertje gehecht, maar staan ergens in kleine lettertjes in een hoekje van hun website. Daaruit blijkt dat je voor de eerste drie jaar iets meer dan 2900,-€ betaalt.

Het ergerlijke is dat deze jongens hier al jaren mee doorgaan terwijl de Nederlandse justitie tandeloos toekijkt.

Im Kleingedruckten steht auf Englisch (alles in Großbuchstaben geschrieben um die Lesbarkeit zusätzlich noch zu erschweren), dass man einen 3-Jahresvertrag abschließt für 995.- Euro pro Jahr.
Die "Firma" gibt lediglich eine Postfachadresse in Zeist in den Niederlanden ohne Telefonnummer und nur versehen mit einer Faxnummer an.
Wer nicht unbedingt Geld zu Fenster hinausschmeißen will, sollte von diesen Angebot Abstand nehmen.
Wer diesen Vertrag versehentlich unterzeichnet hat, sollte auf keinem Fall die Rechnung bezahlen, sondern seinen Anwalt einschalten.
