I’m sorry to hear you have been unhappy with the ordering process on your most recent purchase and can see that our customer support team have already spoken to you directly on this. For clarification there is no dishonesty involved in this process and the information is freely available on our website.
Since 1st January 2020 we no longer charge UK VAT on orders shipping to Europe, instead that charge is now applied locally at the point of import. The overall cost of the goods remains unchanged. I can see you have been a regular customer for several years and this process has been in place on your orders since 2020.
Our team are experienced with all aspects of shipping internationally and will be a happy to advise on any future orders if you would like additional clarification on the process. Alternatively, the details are available on the International Shipping section of our website.

Great team, Great Product
Connor was super responsive and helpful throughout the purchasing process. The team delivered exactly what they said, exactly when they said. Hardware arrived to the US through customs without an issue and worked exactly as expected on first power up. Despite being "refurbished" the hardware looks brand new.

Better warranty, service and support than buying new!
We've used ETB for years now, their service and support is better than any other retailer, without a doubt. We've had situations where new, enterprise equipment has failed after a year or two and the RMA process was awful, slow, hard work and warranties with small print.
With ETB, it's the complete opposite, the 3 year warranty is solid, and better than any 'as new' retailer / manufacture. They will go the extra mile to fix any issues with near immediate responses, in the rare couple of times we've had to call on them.
Special mention to our account manager, Connor, and Bobby on support, couldn't ask for more!
