Essentials Fix Recenzje

After ordering my item on the 18th November and after hearing nothing for a week I started to email them daily, no replies, phoned them numerous times (no answer) then after 10 days I receive an email saying status of order cancelled, no explanation, no apology and no mention of a refund, this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with, I do not know how they stay in business, so now I start my daily emails to demand the money back that they have sat on for 10 days so far, please do not use this company

Easy ordering - Great price. - Great quality dishes, exactly what I was looking for.
On arrival some dishes were broken in transit. They were immediately replaced. The communication was excellent as was the resolution.
I would recommend Essentialfix,as a family company it requires support from returning customers, which I certainly shall be.

Absolutely brilliant
Sarah Wood was a great help and I received my order super quick
Thank you Sarah

First time using this company and I am very happy with my experience. I found some really great offers in the Polyvine products I was looking for. Delivery was quick and items packed securely with extra tape around tops to avoid leakage. I will definitely be shopping at this company again, very happy that I accidentally found it 🙂

Excellent service, order delivered quickly and accurate to my request.
Very good value for money, I will be ordering my items again and again.
Keep up the great service

Many thanks

Needed some knives that were only in stock on this website. They arrived well packaged, and quickly. Very happy with my purchase and will be purchasing again in the future.

Ordered items that website said were in stock. Couple of days later got email saying they had none in stock.offered refund or told i could wait a couple of weeks for item to be restocked. Asked for refund but still waiting for it a week later

Product arrived on time and well packaged. The beading strips were all undamaged and of a good quality and were much better value that Wickes, BandQ. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend this company to others .

Ordered Kitchen Devils knife, well packaged and delivered well in time.

I ordered a lot of stuff from these guys for my garage and it worked out a lot cheaper then I got offered from others so this is the place to go.

Goods ordered online, week later was told order cancelled as item wasn’t available. Two weeks later received my refund!

Asevi Freshener from EssentialsFix is effective, eco-friendly, and offers pleasant scents. I highly recommend for anyone seeking a reliable air freshener. I also liked the way in which the company packaged the freshener it seemed almost too much for a small package.

I recently purchased the Hammerite Radiator Enamel 400ml Aerosol from EssentialsFix, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the entire experience.

Firstly, the delivery was incredibly fast – I received my order the very next day which was a pleasant surprise. They state 4-7 days delivery time, The product was also safely packaged, ensuring that it arrived in perfect condition with no dents or damage.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the product and the service from EssentialsFix. I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

Shocking do not buy from these people, my item was delivered damaged so could not use as it had leaked everywhere. Was told I would get a replacement but never arrived !!!@@@

I placed an on line order and item never arrived . After purchasing items I got a confirmation email and said I would receive an email when items had been dispatch I received no email telephone calls to customer service but not answering the phone ..Days past and no email I tried contacting them but no response from them . I’d highly recommend not to purchase or use this company seems like a scam
