To be honest, I had my reservations about this company. I ordered a quite a hard to get coffee machine part after enquiring about availability, however when I was told that they weren't VAT registered for a VAT receipt, alarm bells started ringing in my mind. Then I looked up Trustpilot and read some of the negative reviews and thought that I would never receive the part. I phoned and spoke to Ilsa, the same person that emailed about the part availability. She assured me that it would be sent first thing the following week (this was Friday). It then arrived the very following day (Saturday), to which I was extremely surprised. So my reservations were unfounded. I don't know about the experience of others, however mine was a surprisingly good one. The part was fitted (by myself) asap, and the machine is running fine (well, for now anyway)

The delivery timescale is a little longer than most but they do tell you that in advance. However, the products I chose (Pezzeti spares) were also a good deal cheaper than other suppliers. The products were as described (original manufacturer spares) and good quality. Despite other reviews I would still recommend this company as long as you're willing to sacrifice swift delivery for a good price.

So you have to confirm the order before they send it out which is fine but when your after a specific part you send them pictures of the part you need then they go ahead and send out a part which I had to wait 8 weeks for and it turns up to be the wrong part so now I’m stuck with a part i carnt refund even though it’s their mistake great company will not be returning to them thats for sure

Great service was finding it hard to find this part as the coffee machine was quite old but came across this website and found exactly what I needed delivery was also good with regular updates
And a easy web chat to communicate with quick response

It’s a scam company. The part advertised didn’t match what was advertised. I called them and emailed them, they responded after a few days and said they don’t have the funds to refund me. I’m in an ongoing dispute with PayPal to obtain my money as I have returned the parts and I’ve been waiting over two weeks for refund. Avoid if you don’t want to be the next person who gets the headaches!!!!!The worst ever experience I've seen

Sent me a completely different part to what I ordered. Pretended to refund but just sent moronic emails. The worst online experience I've encountered.

It’s a scam website. Bought parts and they still haven’t arrived months later. Emailing customer service only gets you rude responses and lies. Please order from somewhere else if you actually want to receive what you order.

Paid for next day delivery . It’s been a week and I haven’t received my parcel . They don’t reply on emails neither on calls .

Found a hard to find part on their website, it was ordered and delivered in 3 days, exactly as described.
Super service and would highly recommend.

Ordered a steam valve spindle for Lelit machine. They wrote back to request machine details to make sure that I had ordered the correct part. They then sent the valve body with spindle at no extra cost. A company that cares.

Horrible experience after making a purchase for the first time with this company, Espresso Underground UK. We have a special customer with an older machine and we needed a part that we couldn't find anywhere else. We eventually found Espresso Underground UK and decided to place an order at the end of January. We are now almost at the end of March and we STILL do not have the part or any kind of confirmation that it shipped. I asked for a tracking # numerous times and never got one.

As a service company, we order parts all the time so we understand that sometimes mistakes and delays happen. However, our main issue/concern is the complete lack of communication since I have e-mailed repeatedly asking them for a simple tracking number, as they claimed it was shipped to us on 2/9.

About two weeks ago, I e-mailed to let them know I was going to be reversing the charges as we were not getting any kind of response back. I immediately received a response back asking for me to "please bear with us" and that someone was working on getting back to me. I've sent two e-mails since then asking for some kind of update and still, nothing.

Reading some of the other reviews about "excellent communication" even late at night...it's absolutely shocking to say the least considering it's been almost two months since making this purchase and it's been torture trying to get someone to respond.

We reversed the charges today and will never try to purchase anything from this company ever again. If this company was in the US, I would absolutely file a report with the BBB.

I stumbled across this company on Etsy while looking for a new espresso tamper. They had a good selection and were one of the few that had a 57mm tamp instead of the usual 58mm varieties. Got my item really quickly in the mail with no issues. Can't wait to revisit for my next upgrade!

Very responsive (even late at night) and helpful in response to a (non-urgent; i.e. making the late night response even more impressive) query about a product and its price, proactively offering advice and assistance. A very refreshing experience given in recent times our experience with other businesses has been very much the opposite.

I placed an order over a month ago. The first shipment came after a week and half the things were missing, after several phone calls I was able to get one part of the missing parts and I'm still waiting for the rest. I called the phone over 20 but no success. I do not recommend! This company is a scam! There is no refund option anywhere on the website! Don't make my mistake ordering stuff from there

Ordered fracino parts at 11pm on Tuesday and arrived Thursday am. Very prompt delivery, would 100% recommend
