Reflecting on my experience with this company, I should have read the trust pilot reviews before placing my booking.
My daughter was looking forward to her 4th Birthday Party for a number of months and was aware we had organised a special guest 'Ghost Spidey' to be at her party. I recieved a text message 1 hour before the party was due to start advising the entertainer had broken down in a car park !!!! No efforts were made to get to the party which was 20 minutes from where they were broken down - I'd have expected the company to pay for a uber to get the entertainer to and from the party. I offered to drive and collect the entertainer, and tried calling but the phone was not picked up!
Devasting for my daughter who was waiting for the entertainer at her party. When spending over £200 on a children's entertainer this is NOT what I expected. No efforts to get to the party were made, and no offers to re schedule or re visit! Awful experience. Please do not use this company

Ellie was brilliant at our party on Saturday. My Wicked loving daughter was over the moon!
Every guest that arrived she didn’t run to say hi or to take her present, she ran to tell them “real Glinda is here!!”
My daughter tends to be shy around people she doesn’t know, but from the second Ellie came through the doors she was stuck to her like glue! Ellie made my daughter’s 5th birthday one she won’t forget I’m sure.
A lot of the other children haven’t seen Wicked but Ellie made sure they understood everything that was going on as well. She interacted with all of the children, from my just turned 1 year old son through to the shy and reserved 5 and 6 year old boys. She was honestly brilliant.
She also helped my stress levels haha!

The party experience was great from start to finish. Communication was clear and Laura called us the week before the party to confirm all the details.

Laura was a great Elsa and was really great with a hall full of four year olds. She kept them entertained throughout and really held their interest. My daughter loved having Elsa at her party. Thank you so much.

Our party entertainer kept the children engaged and they really enjoyed the games and dances. Thank you for making my daughter feel like a princess on her special day.

We had Alex for a fairy party, and she was absolutely incredible. She made sure that everyone had an amazing time and felt special. The girls are all still talking about how much fun they had. Highly recommend Especially For You Parties!

Please don't do the same mistake that I did by booking an entertainer from this company!

If I could turn back time I would have avoided them.

My chosen Moana entertainer was booked in advance prior to my daughter's party, 2/3 weeks later I was advised that the entertainer was on annual leave despite having confirmation that she was booked for the day. I was given someone who looked nothing like Moana so I requested a different entertainer.

The company then confirmed a second entertainer who I was happy with. Few days prior to my daughter's birthday party I receive a call from someone who wasn't the same person that I had agreed with and looked nothing like Moana, yet again I felt unhappy and expressed my concerns and requested another person which the company refused to find and advised me that I couldn't receive a refund as it outlines in their website that the entertainers can change therefore they couldn't refund me either but I could cancel but not get the money I paid back and claiming that she's a great entertainer however it's not the fact that she may be a good entertainer it's common courtesy to advise your client especially one who you already had a complaint from on the first cancellation and requested someone who actually looked like the chosen character. I understand that emergencies happen however the company failed to notify me that the entertainer was different and I only found out when a phonecall was received to arrange the schedule for the day. I'm sure if there is a change the client should be notified however the company decided to wait until days before for the entertainer to contact me directly.

Unfortunately I'm really upset but I had to go with this as I had no time to schedule in another entertainer had I known this from a month ago when I originally booked I would have cancelled and sourced a different company. I feel like they do this in person so you don't have any choice and have to go ahead with the service.

If you are looking for a reliable company that provides a professional service this one is not the one!

Avoid by all means!!

I will definitely advise everyone that I know not to use this company in future to avoid the same disappointments that I had.

My 7yr old wanted a Barbie party and was just fantastic from start to finish. All the girls had lots of fun with various games, activities and performed a really cute dance routine. Barbie was brilliant at keeping all the kids entertained and engaged. Communication leading up to the party was very good with running through the plan of the day and knowing what to expect. Thank you so much for making my girl's birthday party a fabulous one. We did the booking a little rush because the original arrangement from another vendor had to cancel 2 weeks before the birthday. I had to go around and see what alternatives we can have and found this website and immediately secure the party! The communication was really swift and the entertainer did a wonderful job. She dressed exactly like my daughter wanted and she did an amazing job keeping the girls entertained and happy throughout the party.

We had Ariel (Steffi) come over on Saturday and honestly my daughter and her Friends had the best time ever !!!
Steffi was so so professional.
And I know it was really hard to get all the girls to gather around constantly because they where only 5 but she manged it so well.
Steffi had so much to do with the girls and kept them soo entertained.
It was so realistic for the girls she as Steffi was leaving my daughter ask Ariel to bring her dad and sisters too next time lol.
Just wanted to say a huge Thankyou for eveything we all love it. It was absolutely amazing

Laura was absolutely brilliant at my daughter's 6th birthday! She had all the kids attention all the way through and was great with some of the children who were a bit wobbly after being dropped off. We had a Disney 'zombies' party and she had prepared all the games to make them relevant to the theme and had even put together a dance routine for them to learn. The children loved it and had such a great time, including my daughter who said it was the best party ever! Thoroughly recommend. Thank you Laura!

My daughter & her friends loved having Elsa host her 5th party. Ava was great with the kids & I received lots of positive comments from parents about how much their child enjoyed her.

Thank you so much, we had the most amazing frozen Party with Elsa. She was truly brilliant and kept the children's attention so so well. We will be back next year for sure, thank you again.

Nicole was absolutely amazing on Saturday at our Gabby’s Dollhouse party. She got there with lots of time and immediately made the birthday girl at ease - getting to know both her and her cousin. She welcomed all the children in and communicated with me about when to start the activities. The children were engaged the whole time which is incredible for mainly four year olds! Everyone commented on how she was the best entertainer they had seen. She also got the adults involved at the end with Hokey Cokey which made everyone smile. It could t have gone any better. We really appreciate everything Nicole or ‘Gabby’ did for our daughter and the process with booking was all smooth as well. Thank you so much for making this such a special 4th birthday.

Absolutely fantastic. We had Laura (Ariel) for our princess and my little girl had the best party! Everyone commented on how great Laura was after the party and my daughter can't stop talking about her! From the second she walked in, Laura entertained the kids. The games were fun and entertaining, the prizes were appropriate and EVERYONE got involved (even the very little ones). I am so thankful. Our daughter had a fantastic unicorn themed 5th birthday party. Organisation with the company was very simple and clear - easy to fill in booking form on the website, email confirmation, call with the entertainer a few days before and text reminder as well. Our entertainer, Laura, was amazing at keeping the attention of 20 kids with party games, dancing etc. but still managed to make our daughter feel very special. Thank you very much!

Thank you for making our daughter's party very special. Our daughter had an amazing time with Regan. She was engaging, fun, and she truly captured the children's attention from start to finish. The activities were perfectly pitched for their age, and it was lovely to see so many happy, smiling faces.

Rose was exceptional, she engaged all the children and parents present. She made sure my child's favourite song was played at the party. My child was shy at the start but Rose eased he in gradually and she later found her confidence. Rose's dress matched the unicorn themed birthday and was full of fun from start to finish.

From my initial enquiry, everyone was helpful, friendly and professional.
Rachel always answered any email queries quickly and thoroughly and was really helpful from start to finish, with all of my questions.
I always received updates throughout the process and reminders.
Vanessa, our Ariel entertainer, phoned me the week of the party to discuss the order of the party and checked I was happy with it and asked for any special requests. She kept me updated when she was on her way and arrival time, and was so good at keeping 25 children entertained for 2 hours. My daughter had the best time and all her friends loved it too! Everyone commented on how good she was!

We booked Francesca for a Gabby's Dollhouse party, and she was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly patient, kept the children entertained, and made sure every child felt included. Francesca was also very flexible and accommodating, which is so important when working with 5-6-year-olds. Our daughter was over the moon and didn’t want the party to end—she was even sad when "Gabby" had to go home!

Especially For You Party provided excellent communication from start to finish. When we accidentally had an issue with the booking date, they were extremely understanding and resolved it immediately. Their clear and prompt communication made all the difference!

We highly recommend them and look forward to booking future parties for our little ones.
