I was looking for a Christmas gift for my wife and noticed an online deal on one of their gift sets.
The ordering and delivery process was very user-friendly, and once the order was placed, I was kept informed of the delivery. It arrived as scheduled, even during a very busy postal period.
The gift set itself was perfect and great value. We have used the ESPA product previously, and they never fail in quality and packaging.

Trying the Tri-Active regeneration phyto collagen plumping cream which is so rich and smooth. The lloyaty scheme is a real incentive and the freebies are so generous. Feel very looked after with the ESPA community.

Warning: Poor "customer service" from ESPA
Had to give at least one star but really it's zero. Just a heads up regarding very poor customer service I received from ESPA. I recently ordered some products from ESPA totalling £84 and signed-up to their email news-letter. I then immediately received an email offering a 15% discount on my first order (after I had just placed my first order) - I contacted customer support to see if this could be applied retrospectively to my order but my request was declined. I was told I could return the products at my own expense £2.99, and then re-order using the discount voucher. However, when I then tested the voucher code it was declined, with "customer service" telling me it was now no longer valid. I asked if I could receive a credit note to apply to a future order, but that was declined. So the outcome of this is that this will be my first and last purchase from ESPA - there are so many other providers out there in a very competitive market, can they really afford to lose customers so easily?
