The wig arrived late even though I paid extra for fast delivery. Their excuse was that it was a special day in their country. Wig arrived and was terrible quality. Contacted immediately to arrange a refund. Customer service was near impossible to get a response from. I eventually managed to contact someone via WhatsApp who gave me an address to return. I returned the parcel via Evri but was lost in transit. Was told by Evri to contact the seller for a refund and they would liaise with the wig company. The what's app contact refused to refund me. Three months later I am still waiting for PayPal to investigate. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Exceeds expectations! These are the best bangs clips I've ever bought! These bangs are really good value for money. They go perfectly with my hair and are thick and beautiful. Others have mentioned a smell in their reviews and I don't smell anything. They also blend in nicely. I told my kids and their father and they couldn't tell. I can wear my hair up or down with no problem. The only thing I have to do is pin them up with black bobby pins just in case. That's just me being a little paranoid. If this one breaks, I'll definitely get another one.

So i have ordered twice from this company. my first order was fine. I even loved the product so naturally i wanted to order again. But that was a mistake. When i received the product for the second time, (the same wig i got before) I hated it. The wig was poor quality, very thin to the point you could see the tracks, basically it looked nothing like the first wig i purchased. But the worst part for me was the customer service. I emailed them about how i was unhappy with their product. And they was very unhelpful. They literally kept pushing for a discount. No matter what i said they didn't care, just wanted my money. So after a week with emailing them, I was sick of them telling me my only solution was a discount on the next purchase. So I opened a disputed with PayPal.

Like it! Great hair for a great price!! I like this bob wig very much. The color is the natural black I want. It is very easy to install. I like it very much, and I even dyed it for her myself, and I really like the color. It made me feel very confident again! The main thing is that the price is also very cost-effective! Now my hair is holding up well, haha! I will choose your company again next time!

This wig is absolutely amazing! Melts very well and is generally given!! I have 180% density of 34 inches and I love the result! This wig is of amazing quality! I really enjoyed doing this wig. It doesn't come off, the lace is thin and easy to work with. The hair was unexpectedly thick and full. It is realistic in length and easy to manage. It didn't come off. The bleach was good! 10/10 will buy from here again!

This hair was terrible! and the customer service was even worse. I had the hair installed for less than 2 weeks before it matted completely like one big dreadlock. This was their RAW Burmese hair. RAW hair should NOT behave like that. That hair is supposed to last for years. I wasted almost $300 on this hair to have to turn around buy more hair because this hair was so trash. The refused to help me at all with this order and very rude about it. Currently trying to chargeback the amount.

I just ordered a wig and l haven't even gotten my confirmation yet but l have paid and l am trying to call this company no answer l am so annoyed and frustrated right now

I received my order within 5 days, which was great because I ordered it on a Friday night and the seller kept me up to date on everything, which I really appreciated. My package was delivered very quickly for an ongoing pandemic, and I have to say, I'm impressed! I love it. I love it. 5 stars for sure. Hair: LADIIIESSSS That's it Accurate length, no tangles (even after bleaching tangles and co-washing), holds curl well, no smell, very little shedding, and very thick hair. Everything was accurate and I really have no complaints. Although the lace is not clear, it accepts bleach very well. For the price I paid, I am very satisfied and I will be back.

Ordered five (5) bundles of Virgin Cambodian Raw Soft Kinky Curly (26") hair on 23 September 2022 and received on 03 October 2022.

I wish I knew how to post pictures on here so that I could illustrate the *quality* [insert sarcasm] of this hair, and would be happy to do so if someone could tell me how.

The hair is not thick from weft to tip. There are whole sections of the weft where the hair is perhaps 6"-8" in length then a few strands will be the stated length.

Additionally, I stretched the hair slightly with low, blow dryer, heat and then wet the hair to see if the texture would revert; suffice to say that didn't happen.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of washing all 5 bundles [even though I only unraveled one] so... :(

I gave this product one star because the weft is thin. Other than that, it's a HARD NO.

All I can say is my bad for not coming to Trust Pilot FIRST before purchasing from this company. 😕

I placed an order on Jan 23rd. The only reason that I ordered is because of the website stating that it would ship in 3 days. It's been 9.days and when I check the website my order is still showing as awaiting shipment.
Moreover, the contact options are a joke to say the least.
Save time and distress! Order from somewhere else.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Their reviews are FAKE and generated! I am out of 385 dollars that they decided to take from me DAYS before CHRISTMAS FOR AN ERROR ON THEIR END!!! I ordered the hair oct. 27th and then cancelled the order with one of THEIR representatives. Literally the number was through their site and when I went back to look, the number was changed and used by someone totally different than the company. The messages were GONE! I cancelled the order before I even had a tracking number from them. I didn’t even get a tracking number. Randomly I got an email saying the package was delivered???? why would you all deliver a package I CANCELLED???? They are scammers and I am literally out of hundreds of dollars days before Christmas. They cancelled my dispute and says they delivered it??? Where??? They also said someone signed for the package and they DIDNT! They “sent” my order out past the date I even needed them. The reason I cancelled the order in the first place is because I read that they do this!!! I will continue to write terrible reviews to get you all shut down!!!

I just want to say that I apologize for the review I wish the communication was better. I did receive my refund in a timely manner. I must admit quite frustration on my part because of going through something similar with another company I was looking forward to wearing my wig at a certain time and it didn’t come. So again I apologize

I ordered some hair from them some days ago they took out my money ASAP but it says that they're still awaiting shipping.... This is very bad business and as I look at all these other reviews they're having the same problems and it's been a month or more for them still waiting on hair or for some they finally get the hair but it's not what they ordered!

DO NOT ORDER from this site!!! All the positive reviews on here are fake. I ordered a wig for my daughter’s graduation and over a week later order is still awaiting shipping. I have reached out several times but no real help at all. THIS SITE is a SCAM!! Do not use this site. Buy from reputable stores within the U.S. If you were scammed by Eseewigs help me report them so they will go out of business. This needs to STOP!

Don't waste your money 🤔I ordered the wrong density so I text the company to change a few things and was informed that the changes cost extra so I paid extra . A month later and nothing until I kept texting and was told it takes longer for a custom so I waited a little longer .when I finally received my order it wasn't what I ordered and no changes .now they are not responding. Don't use this company they will screw you out of 250 $$ Buyers beware

Never received my hair it's been two weeks already don't have a tracking number anyting every time I send an email I was told that they are fixing the tracking number SMH it shouldn't take this long for me to receive my hair when I was so 7 business date I pay for product that I never received and the emails from the response are short simple and easy with no explanation i will order from here again didn't want to give door won't start but I had to in order to write my review SMH again
