I have been buying from Escentual for years and they have been great.Good choice and goods always come quickly.

Haven’t used it yet as it is for my holiday. Delivery was super speedy and it was really well packed. Great value for money, highly recommended.

Order #803282850 I never received my parcel and I’ve been completely ignored by customer service for over a week now.
The so-called photo proof of delivery doesn’t actually show that the parcel was delivered to me. It looks like the courier left it at my door, which is not something I ever agreed to, I never gave safe place instructions or authorised the parcel to be left unattended. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods are the retailer’s responsibility until they’re physically in the customer’s hands, so as far as I’m concerned this delivery was never completed.
I’ve emailed customer service explaining all of this and asking for a straightforward refund. Over a week later, I’ve had no response and no resolution. No acknowledgement, no update, nothing. For a company that sells premium products at premium prices, the after-sales service is seriously lacking.
All I want is a refund for items I never received that’s not unreasonable. If this isn’t resolved soon I’ll be raising a chargeback through my bank, which I’d rather not have to do but I’m running out of options at this point.
Really disappointed with this whole experience. I’d think twice before ordering from Escentual again and I’d advise others to do the same until they improve how they handle delivery issues and actually respond to their customers.

I like to stock up when there are special offers and discounts and my 2 teenage granddaughters love the little little samples sent with my orders.

As per usual an efficient service.
In the past you would receive some perfume/aftershave samples with your online purchase, which were much appreciated and a good way to discover a new fragrance.
For some reason non were included this time.
