21/02/26,here the joke comes,they so called CEO(Rakehs or Rajesh)sorry if i name wronged send email few days back that u are the 1st with 25%off on everything,ofcourse every one gets the same invitation,any how i start putting things in m basket and leave onl for 18min ,so when i came back guess what?they changed the whole perfume sets prices drasticaly,and showed out of stock,discount didnot worked.clealry it was a scam,im sure the team who operating the sale did blunder,there CEO need to looked into that.as its a fraud and scam.also customer service a big time joke.service is slow,and not sure they are for real .plz dont send fake disount codes when u are not accepting.u already put ur prices hell high and on top giving customers fake codes ,sadly its a shame,Escentual was very good years ago when they launched ther webside ages ago but now they are dreadfull

Ordered Bugari Man In Black perfume for men at 6pm, cheaper than anywhere else! It arrived the next day, even though I didn’t request next day delivery. It was beautifully gift wrapped with a note, no extra charge. Great value all round!
