Helpful friendly staff
I had seen some earrings for a friends birthday! Didn’t have them in store at WhiteRose but the staff were really helpful and ordered them in store for me! I was keep updated with emails to let me know they had been dispatched and arrived in store! Lovely earrings and happy customer.

Excellent service and quality
Was a very pleasant experience at the store and with each staff member, very tidy and to the point. Talking with the representative Liam who provided detail and information in products enough that I was able to make a comfortable decision with the chain I purchased.
Also provides a good conversation in between so it didn’t feel like he was just selling and helped me decide on future purchases I may make as well

Myself and future wife visited to select my wedding ring, I wanted something on the same lines as my partner, the gentleman who dealt with us selected rings as close to my specific idea.after a while one ring jumped out all the time..great service nothing was a problem..highly recommend
