We had to delay our purchase as the superking size was out of stock which was a bit of a blow having undertaken a lot of research and comparison with other brands, but it was possible to pre-order and secure the special offer price. Having never had a 100% memory foam mattress I wanted to consider it based on the reviews and recommendations I'd read and the design and quality of the materials. Mistakenly, I was under the impression this was a medium firm product and since we were replacing a mattress bought 5 years earlier from a certain Swedish retailer which had started to say in places, we wanted to try Ergoflex since it offered s good balance between affordability, quality, design technology and favourable reviews including that from Which? We had noted that the feel could take a bit of getting used to and should persevere for a good few weeks.Its just over a month now and regrettably whist it might suit some, no way is this medium firm equivalent. I have back issues and had checked its orthopaedic qualities, but this mattress is just too soft making it difficult to maintain correct posture because you literally sink into it as opposed to sleep on it. It was an ordeal getting the superking size up the stairs and unpacked so we have not taken up the option to return it, but I doubt we'll keep it for more than a year.

Quite simply the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Extraordinary value for money.

My mattress was delivered promptly on the expected date and during the estimated time slot. The mattress itself is very comfortable and just what I was looking for. I am a bit sceptical about how long it will hold its firmness as I have had other foam and hybrid mattresses that have sagged after a short period of time, but so far so good.

We bought this mattress 5 weeks ago after 10 years on the old one. Myself and my husband are pensioners and both agree that we are having the best night's sleep ever. Although we were expecting to find it difficult to adjust to it, it just wasn't the case. We have slept so much better and neck and back problems have disappeared altogether. Excellent mattress all round!!!

I finally got what I needed, the right mattress. After having tried three ‘trial’ periods from two other well known online mattress companies, all three mattress prior gave me terrible lower back pain and terrible sleep.

Having spent the last 15 years with the mighty ‘T’s’ memory foam mattress - I thought I wouldn’t be able to replicate that same mattress without the much larger price tag - was I glad I gave Ergoflex that chance before went back!

My King size Ergoflex 5G memeory foam mattress is awesome - I only wish I’d come to them before wasting precious time and sleep on the other two brands trial periods.

By far the most supportive comfortable memory foam matress this is my first from them i have had two others
Delivery of a super king size mattress was by one man who could not manage
I would pay for the option of two person delivery
Offgasing happens with all these beds it’s taken about 7 weeks to clear the smell. Not a few hours as suggested on their info

Really comfortable, in the right places and so supportive and yet relatively lightweight when tucking sheets in. Could not be happier. The process to order was simple, communication regarding delivery was excellent. Anyone looking for a foam mattress without metal springs, look no further!

Had a couple of memory foam mattresses before. But this Ergoflex mattress is certainly the best.
Took a couple of days to get used to but after that, best sleep ever.
Would certainly buy again.

With this being my second Ergoflex mattress which was for the spare bedroom I cannot fault the product, they are amazingly comfortable! The only reason why I knocked one star off was because of the delay in delivering the mattress.

We love our ergoflex mattress! After previously have a ‘snug’ mattress (which no longest exists) I was use to a me wort foam, I initially couldn’t fit one that was full memory foam, the right firmness and not a ridiculous price so I tried an Emma hybrid thinking how different can they be? Very is the answer! Little to no support and didn’t feel like it was good quality that would last so we returned within our trial period. My mum found ergoflex and sent to me, I was sceptical with the shorter trial and also just felt like I’d never find a good mattress again! But my partner and I both adjusted to the mattress straight away and have had good nights sleep ever since. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a medium firm memory foam!

superb comfortable mattress, I normally buy Tempur, but with the price of them, thought I would give Ergoflex a go, for my daughter and guest room, especially as they give a money back guarantee if you dont like. Glad i did, everyone loves the new mattress, wont hesitate to buy another if needed in future

Love this king size mattress and pillows. It’s so so comfortable. Took only a few days to get use to but I put that down to the poor condition or our 10 year old mattress we had before. Totally recommend Ergoflex as a product and retailer. Had a small wait for the stock to be in but not an issue. The mattress came rolled and was easy to handle and get into position, mattress did not get effected in anyway by being rolled and transported. Customer service was excellent with there updates. Great value for money.

Thank you ergoflex for creating the PERFECT mattress that I thought didn’t/could not exist.
I’ve had surgery on my back, have hip pain, suffer from arthritis in my neck and also currently have a rotator cuff injury!
I needed a firm mattress to support my neck and shoulder but a softer one for my back and hips. We tried an orthopaedic mattress, an Emma and a simba mattress which all exasperated my symptoms. Our last attempt (before spending thousands on a tempur) was the ergoflex. I’d read all the amazing reviews but was sceptical as we’d previously done this for the Emma and simba ones. Thank goodness we trusted in the reviews! After the first night I knew there was a huge improvement but it’s now been over a week and I’m waking up refreshed, comfortable and almost pain free (I’m receiving treatment for my shoulder injury so a mattress couldn’t cure this although it’s really helping. All other aches and pains have gone though).
We can’t wait to go to bed every night now. I should also mention that we were a little worried about waking up
uncomfortably hot through the night as this had happened on the previous mattresses we had tried. We have been been absolutely fine with the ergoflex, my husband overheats in bed, this has not happened once.
We now have family members placing orders. I hope this review helps as being unable to sleep, uncomfortable, hot and pain is awful! We suggest you just give this mattress a go and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
Ergoflex, if you’re read this then we are hoping you release a pillow next 😉

Please do yourself and your backside a favour and don't buy this mattress or any products from this company. My back is in severe pain after almost a year I bought this in November 2024 so I'm using this death trap satanic 3 foam mattress for this long is a record! I must really love being in pain then! I bought a double and they are always half price on sale this is a red flag! I tried to contact support like many others and got a long-winded wall of text and the middle finger, and a computer says no response. This is a complete scam and I fell for it! They said there is nothing physically wrong with this after I sent them the images and truthful answers. So they will turn around and blame the divan or something else to refuse you the refund that's how these mattress companies work they sell a false warranty behind a load of words that mean nothing and they can charge a fortune for a bit of foam pieces glued together! I will be notifying citizens advice to try and claw back my money! I tried all the above! What a con! I cannot believe this I'm extremely upset and all of this pain and frustration for nothing! I cannot bend over and my lower side is in agony.

Your website banner offering free returns is misleading. Cost me £45 to return the mattress even though it was within the 30 days and we didn't like it. Do not believe the free return
