The most comfortable nights’ sleep I have ever had!
Absolutely fantastic customer service & wonderful mattresses; I have bought 2 & they are so comfortable. Sleeping better than I have done in years & look forward to getting into bed every night.
Also, love the fact they are vacuum packed rolled as I was unable to get anything else up my cottage stairs!
Would highly recommend :)

mattress & a pillow
I ordered the mattress & a pillow. Both arrived quickly. I have found both to be very comfortable and the aches & pains I was having when waking up have gone. Very pleased.

Second Ergoflex mattress…
This is the second Ergoflex mattress I’ve bought, the first one lasting me over 10 years before I decided to refresh. These are the best mattresses I have ever slept on, super comfortable and especially good if you have back problems. 10 out 10

The content on the website really impressed me everything was explained i plain english the photo showing how the mattress was made clear ,the presentation really impressed me
So I ordered 2 double size 5G mattresses,I had a problem placing my order customer service helped me complete my order & explained every step up to the delivery,every step was as explained
the quality was obvious when we re moved the packaging.
I have slept for a full eight hours all week end for the first time in the last 5 years & felt refreshed in the morning , this i haven't done as I have chronic rhumetoid arthritis, this mattress has made all the difference
I made the purchase because the customer service was helpful polite and answeres all my questions,
the order was placed & delivered promptly on time, & as I said i had the best sleep in years
I would recommend Ergoflex to anyone ,thsy are pleasant helpful people ,they know their product & value each &every customer .

Your website banner offering free returns is misleading. Cost me £45 to return the mattress even though it was within the 30 days and I couldn't sleep on it after 1 night. Do not believe the free return.
My back was in bits after 1 day, explained this and explained I have axial spondyloarthritis and that's why we purchased that mattress, the owner female I spoke to on the phone after numerous emails back and forth, told me to carry on using the mattress and it would get better! if a mattress is not comfortable day one, then how on earth would it get any better, especially as I woke up feeling like I had slept on concrete.
Charged £45 to return the bed, very misleading stating free returns.
I offered to return the mattress myself and she stated that I couldn't do that as it would be sent to a charity to use. As they can't resell it as its been slept on, and that the £45 is an admin fee. So not a return fee atall.
Female owner on phone no empathy, no interest, and rude, had to ask her on a couple of occasions not to speak to me the way she was.
I'm sure she will leave a reply on here that will be just as pleasant as the time I spent speaking with her on the phone.
Lesson learned don't buy from here.
She also stated her dad has the exact same condition as me and he uses the same mattress without issue. I highly doubt this. And this response I got just showed how unprofessional she actually was.

Thanks for your feedback. We’re really sorry that you didn’t get on with the mattress. However, as per correspondence, a condition of our home trial is that the mattress is used for 21 days before processing a free return. This is to allow for the natural adjustment process to a new mattress, and the fact that it may take a short time to get used to it. We believe that we are clear about this in our FAQs, terms and during the order process, and would not attempt to mislead our customers. (Please note this is a common condition of many mattress company home trials and isn’t exclusive to Ergoflex.) We hope you find a mattress that helps ease your condition.

Order delay and acidic customer services.
Acidic Customer services.
We have ordered from them previously but this order was delayed by over a month with me having to chase the order and when asked about an exchange was ignored. Please be sure to read the T&CsFULLY before ordering from them.
Customer services needs overhaul as whoever they employ for this role has complete lack of empathy.
Took business elsewhere.

When your order was placed, an out-of-stock notification was displayed at checkout advising that the selected item was unavailable at that time. This notice explained that we would contact you once new stock arrived, which was expected towards the end of November.
We apologise that we did not contact you prior to 28/11. However, there was no update available before this date, as outlined on our website — we would be in touch as soon as new stock arrived. Stock was received on the morning of 28/11, and we contacted you as soon as this occurred.
We always aim to be fair and transparent in our approach. Our terms and conditions are available to view on our website prior to purchase.

Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience with this company. The mattress should have been delivered nearly a week ago. We were not informed of any delay. Their response has been completely unsatisfactory. No information about when it would be delivered, why there was a delay. They apologised and that was it

The customer service people were very responsive and helpful.
My delivery was for a destination outside the EU so there were a few more steps in the ordering and delivery process but the staff made it as straightforward as possible.

Great customer experience, lovely mattress
The mattress is great but what really stood out to me was the customer service. I ordered from outside the country, and they were so flexible and patient helping me figure out the logistics. The responses were quick and friendly. It was overall just a wonderful experience.
The mattress arrived quickly, was easy to set up, and is very comfortable so far (I'm only 2 days in but so far so good!).

Really comfy mattress that is a huge upgrade
Really comfy mattress that is a huge upgrade from previous Dormeo. Read the reviews that were all favourable and took a chance as unable to trial or view physical mattress. Appreciate it's a subjective test but I like a firm mattress and wife loves a softer mattress but we're both really happy with how comfy and supportive this is. Came vacuum packed and ready to manoeuvre without any odours. Great quality
