Darren was always quick to respond to queries and ensured a constant dialogue between us, our buyers, the conveyancers involved and our seller's estate agent. He chased all the parties involved to facilitate rapid progress of the process. This helped our chain complete in a very quick time with minimal fuss. An all-round top bloke!

Darren and the team at Equity Estate Agents went above and beyond to get our purchase completed. It was an extremely tricky situation with lots of hurdles to overcome. Darren didn't give up and gave a lot of his own time to get it over the line. If it wasn't for the additional time and effort Darren personally put in then I'm quite sure it wouldn't have happened. Everyone at the agency are extremely professional, friendly, polite and care about their clients and their sales. They were with me from the beginning to the end and I never felt alone on the journey. Selling a house after a bereavement is very stressful for many reasons. Equity Estate Agents, initially valued the house for probate,at that stage I was not thinking of selling, no pressure was put on me to sell.
