I am surprised that anyone is able to use this agent They never answer their phones or reply to messages. Not a great or professional estate agency. I would never use them again even if they did answer their phones.

We chose to go with the Equity team because we really appreciated that, when they arrived to do the valuation, they were not pushy. We did not feel like we were being upsold, and they simply presented the facts. Their fee was also very reasonable, which helped confirm our decision to go with them.

We all know moving is one of the most stressful times and that I can confirm but everyone at Equity from start to finish was brilliant and eased that stress at every hurdle. At one point when we thought it just wasn’t going to happen due to complications with the chain the boys really pulled it out the bag.
