Really disappointed in them. Still waiting for my horse supplement, three weeks now and no answer to my emails and they do not answer the phone. Getting really worried that I won’t receive my product.

Terribly slow delivery it's been over a week and still hasn't arrived.
I won't be using them again.

Utterly appalling customer service (non existent)! No telephone number, ignore emails and in my case so far have taken good money and I have not received any goods. Stay clear of this site.

DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are illegitimate. Take the money and don’t deliver. There is no legitimate contact details.

I have contacted Equi Supermarket by email 3 times(with photos) and had no response from them. I purchased a 3kg pot of Acid Ease at £67-99, to find on opening the parcel, that the tub was smashed and I, the box and floor were covered in powder. Absolutely unacceptable that they obviously do not care! I will not use them or recommend them again.

Purchased topspec 1010 which was supposed to be delivered within 4 days. I received a tracking notice that yodel would be delivering. The goods however have not left equisupermarket property according to yodel 4 days later. I have tried to communicate to determine when I will actually receive the goods but get no response. Equisupermarket need to update delivery on the website to 10 days to ensure people know what to expect and reduce concerns. Received 15th September in good order. Thanks

Dispatch time and time until order arrived fine, order well packaged. I wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt based, though I knew it was too good to be true based on reading the reviews after (annoyingly) parting with my cash. I won't order from again as my rug was obviously a (used) return, label was cut off and was soiled / covered in horse hairs in places. Probably someone used for a show and then decided to return. Never had this experience buying from anywhere before... Only an email address provided, no phone number etc, so I think I'll be ignored. Feeling like I've been scammed.

Same as other people on here, ordered over a week ago, got an email a day later with a tracking number but this still says it's with the supplier. A week and a half and no delivery. I have emailed twice and no response, disgusting and makes you wonder if they going out of business?
Needless to say they took my money straight away, luckily it's on my credit card so looks like I will have to contact my bank to try and get my money back

One of the worst companies - no communication at all, ignoring emails, no telephone number. Order has not been shipped for one week.

No items, no communication despite trying to contact via email and no telephone number to contact.
Looking to get in touch with my bank on Monday as this is appalling customer service!

Good value good service strange though that as order progresses the company name changes?

I ordered some horse feed and only half of my order was delivered. I tried contacting EquiSuoermarket on the same day and still haven’t heard back from them 4 days later. I will be pursuing a chargeback via my credit card company if they don’t respond to my follow up email today

Terrible service, ordered an item over a week ago and upon order it said I would get the item within 2-4 days, still waiting. Can’t get hold of anybody. I want to get my money back but can’t! It seems I’ve lost my money, furious!

2 and a half weeks later my order finally arrived. Communication is non existent at this company. Didn't hear anything about when my order would be due, then 2 of my items were later refunded after a week and a half. Not sure why refunded when was showing as available on the website? Will not be ordering from them again as very disappointed in the service.

Order arrived via yodel fairly quickly but they’ve sent completely the wrong supplement & have not responded to any emails or contacts using their online contact form. No phone number to try to contact them in any other way. Now stuck with a supplement that I cannot feed which is actually cheaper than the one I ordered in the first place. Not happy!

I ordered an item that I expected to be delivered in 2-4 working days. It still appears to be at equisupermarket more than 7 days later. They do not respond to emails.
Customer service is poor

Awful will never be using again. Took money; supplement not arrived. Disgusted. Avoid people at all cost.

I have placed an order with this company and they have taken my money but not provided the product nor responded to any of my emails or any response at all!
