Very fast delivery and the camera was exactly what I wanted and good value.

I had a slight problem with ordering (due to losing my internet connection mid order). Equipment Express sorted this out for me immediately, and I received my order the very next day! A very helpful and personal service, making me feel important as a customer. Very highly recommended.

I had never heard of Equipment Express beofre so had a look on-line for reviews which all looked good. When I called the staff were very friendly and very helpful and had a good knowledge on their cameras. The camera I was after was out of stock but they did call me as they said they would when it was back in stock. Delivery was then made on the next day. Couldn't have asked for better Customer Services. Would certainly use them again.

Having used the company before I already knew the service was first class and so it proved to be this time around. The camera I ordered was competitively priced and delivered on the day arranged so from my experience I have no reservations in recommending the company to others.

Item was as described with geniune case. Supplied SDHC card was a Transcend branded Class 6 card, so enabled me to take HD video (I feared it may have been a class 4 as the desciption did not say either way).

The only problem I had was the box had been squashed in transit due to inadequate packaging. It was delivered in a polythene courrier bag with little to protect the camera box. This camera was purchased for a gift, so the damaged box made it look shabby and second hand. Thankfully no damage was done to the supplied camera. This is the only thing that prevented me giving five stars.

Would still highly reccomend Equipment Express on service, price and package deals.

To coin a phrase (It does everything it says on the tin) Home page that is, unbeatable bundle price, first class delivery FOC, If you found this site whilst browsing go no further you have found utopia. Don't no how they do it. Last but not least clear English at the end of the phone.

Although the item I purchased was a bit more expensive than advertised on other websites, Equipment Express took all the hassle out of my buying experience. The item, a camera, was bundled with case, SD cards and a tripod. I had already tried to find a case for the camera, online. Probably spent about an hour doing so. What a relief to find Equipment Express. Everything that I needed in one purchase, brilliant. Oh yes, postage was included in the price AND it arrived the NEXT day. Thanks again.

Forget John Lewis and other high street stores. They did nothing but dismiss the online stores and refused to budge on price, even though they weren't close. They need to wake up and recognise the power of the internet. Equipment Express was the cheapest and the service was fantastic! I had a call the next working day to confirm I would be home for delivery. I said I wasn't, but they were flexible and moved the day to the next. Recommended fully!

To be very fair, I was struggling on 2 points.

1) I didnt take the website serious because to me it looked a bit unprofessional.
2) unable to pay with paypal, because of bad experiences when paying directly with the credit card I didnt want to place the order.

The camera was excellent value and was exactly as described. The delivery was a day late, but it did not cause a problem.

Made a order on a Saturday afternoon. Got emails back promptly advising that I should receive the goods on Tuesday and also confirming despatch. Bundle arrived on Tuesday with everything intact. Price was very competitive.
