A friend recommended the product and even let me try it. She told me she waited about a week for her order to arrive. I waited three weeks… My sleep has noticeably improved, my sleep tracker agrees. I’m not a miserable insomniac; I usually get 5 to 6 hours. But even for me bed rocking makes a difference. Now I get over 7 hours a night pretty consistently and it feels great.

I had a great experience with Ensven's customer service prior to purchase. I sent them pictures of my bed and asked lots of questions. When I finally decided to buy Ben helped me place the order.

A friend of mine helped me placing my bed on the modules and set everything up. I'd say altogether it took 20 minutes. Ben helped me out again with the App.

Ensven has been running well since. Some of the platform pegs came out the other day, allowing the bed to slip. Ben sent me a bunch more and this time I hammered them in, they haven't moved since, keeping my bed in place. Apparently pressing them in by hand wasn't enough, you really have to push those pegs into the platform. They should put that in the manual. The claim no tools required, but I'd say a hammer comes in handy to get those pegs properly seated.

My sleep problems have gotten worse over the years and Ensven is the first sleep aid that has helped me consistently. I hope it stays that way. Fingers crossed

I ordered and got immediately charged without being sent anything except an email that said I would be contacted once my order was shipped. After a month of nothing, I sent a message through the contact page on Ensven to ask when my order would be shipped, and haven't gotten a reply in three weeks. On my MasterCard page where the number and address should be with the transaction, it says they didn't provide any. They don't seem legit.

I've got a hammock out in the backyard between two trees. When I get in and start it swinging I almost immediately go to sleep. But then it stops and then I wake up. Also, it's not that comfortable and often the weather isn't conducive to napping outside. My Ensvén feels like a gently swinging hammock, not crazy fast, just enough to make me drowsy. I can lie in my own bed and it doesn't matter the weather. I've used it all night every night for the past month and have never slept better.

My Ensven module started making increasingly loud noises, so much so that it was unbearable. After contacting them several times, I was kept on the hook for help. It's been months now, and nothing has been done, despite numerous promises. Now I'm done with Esven and their nonexistent customer service.

I really wanted this to be a success, but unfortunately it was not.

I do not recommend this product, and I do not recommend this company.

I placed my order in June, and the delivery did not arrive until October, which is an unreasonably long delay. When the product finally arrived, two passive pads were missing—items I had paid an extra $100 for. After several emails, the company said they would send the missing pieces, but they never did.

I have now been waiting since October for these two items, with no resolution.

In addition to the poor customer service, the device itself did not meet expectations. It is quite noisy, and the movement is not smooth. I had hoped this would help improve my autistic son’s sleep, but unfortunately, it did not work for us.

Overall, this experience has been very disappointing.

They said they would deliver in 2 weeks, but it was more than 4. That's a 1/2 star deduction in my book. I'm being generous though and leave it at 5 stars because the product is a life saver. With age my husband and I have experienced gradually deteriorating sleep. I have had trouble falling asleep, he often woke up at 3 or 4am, which disturbed me too. With the Ensven bed rocker these problems have disappeared. In terms of sleep, we're feeling young again.

I purchased the Ensven modular bed rocker and received a faulty unit that never worked properly. I spent an enormous amount of time patiently troubleshooting, exchanging countless emails (including creating and sending photos and videos showing the problems), and following every suggestion the company provided, but the product simply did not function properly.

After weeks of polite, detailed communication from me in which the company acknowledged that the product did not work properly, I finally requested a return and refund, as the unit was clearly defective and covered by Ensven’s own money-back guarantee. It was at that point that the company stopped responding entirely with no explanation. I continued following up for months with no reply. Eventually, and only after I contacted them by telephone, they sent a return label and issued a partial refund of $200, assuring me that the balance would be refunded once the returned item was received.

I have proof that the return package was delivered to Ensven on March 22, yet since that date the company has once again completely ghosted me. They have ignored every message, failed to honor their written commitment, and kept the remaining portion of my refund.

What makes this particularly troubling is that I have been exceptionally patient and fair throughout. I assumed that a company developing a wellness-focused product would share those same values of integrity and responsibility. I even expressed understanding that if they were experiencing financial strain (which can sometimes be the case with smaller startup companies and I can't think why else they would be dragging their feet so much on issuing the refund) that I would accept repayment over time. Despite that goodwill, they have chosen to remain silent and withhold the money owed.

At this stage, I have lost not only several hundred dollars, but also a great deal of time and trust: hours spent troubleshooting, emailing, printing labels, packaging the heavy unit, and hauling it to the post office (with a trolley, on foot as I live in NYC). Their behavior has been egregiously unprofessional and unethical.

I have delayed escalation out of respect and in the hope that they would do the right thing. But the continued lack of response leaves me no choice but to warn others: Ensven is not a trustworthy company.

If you’re considering purchasing this product, know that while you may be fortunate enough to receive a working unit, if you encounter any issues, you may find yourself, like me, ignored, out hundreds of dollars, and with no resolution.

I sincerely hope Ensven will see this and finally honor their commitment by issuing the remainder of my refund as they promised to do. I have done everything at my end that has been asked of me and I'm so disappointed that they have simply disappeared.

I've had problems with poor sleep since puberty. It's affected my studies and athletics, and life in general.

Ensven more or less solved it for me, at least so far. The forth and back rocking puts me right to sleep. I rarely wake up at night anymore.

The pads are working well. They are not very tall, less than two inches I think. So lifting the bed on top was easy.

For what I get out of it, feeling so much better, the product is a total bargain.

Vorher habe ich oft nur 4 bis 5 Stunden Schlaf pro Tag bekommen. Jetzt sind es meist 6 oder 7. Ich fühle mich viel besser als vorher.

Das aktive Modul macht ganz leise Geräusche. Sie stören mich nicht, ich kann sie kaum hören, sie helfen vielleicht sogar beim einschlafen.

I've developed insomnia during my service and it's persisted even post-service.

When I chill on a train or ship I easily get drowsy. It's something about the movement. Ensven replicates that movement for me and it's solved my insomnia.

The customer service person was very responsive and helpful.

Getting Ensven's bed rocker was so worth it for me. I've got to get up early for work and can't compensate by sleeping in late if I can't get to sleep the night before. I've tried leaving Ensven on just for the first hour of the night, and also for the whole night. Either method improves my sleep, but whole night rocking is best for me. I've had it for a month now and haven't slept this well in a long time, ready to go in the morning.

Ensven rocks! I finally get good sleep and I love it. I don't actually feel the rocking motion all that much, it's very smooth. But it's enough to have an effect. The company kept me in the loop with the delivery process and helped me out getting the App working. So far Ensven's bed rocking system is working reliably and I'm happy to recommend it.

I'm sleeping better than ever thanks to my Ensven. The units are heavy and feel very solid. The non-slip feet and platforms do their job well. The noise level is low, it doesn't disturb me. I had to wait about a month before receiving my unit, the company had been in touch once informing me of a possible delay and I told them that there's no rush. I guess they took me by my word. So if you need your unit sooner, maybe just tell them.

Ensven's customer service representative was very helpful advising me regarding how many pads to get and how to place them. After delivery she helped me figure out the App. I've got an adjustable bed with 6 legs. Getting it up on the pads was OK. I had 2 friends help me. They lifted up one side of the bed, I put the pads under the legs and then they lowered the bed onto the pads. We did the same for the other side. After some adjustments we had all the pads parallel to each other as recommended in the manual. My sleep has much improved in recent weeks. Bed rocking is definitely beneficial, at least for me.

Bed rocking puts me to and keeps me asleep very effectively. Delivery was reasonably quick and customer service is very helpful. The black colour of the pads looks very nice on my floor. Five stars.

Why only a four star rating? It's not the company's fault but I really hate the trade war. I even sold my house in Florida because of it. No more snow birding. The tariffs Canada has imposed on US goods in response to the trade war added fifty dollars to the cost of the bed rocker I bought from Ensven. The company had told me in advance, they were helpful. I feel bad about it, but they are an American company so as a Canadian I want to send a message to the United States to end the trade war.

I happily recommend the product, I'd rate the product itself at five stars.

It works for me. Thanks to Ensven's bed rocker I'm finally sleeping properly. My headache meds have stayed in the cabinet. My coffee consumption has gone down. Alertness and mood are much better. The customer service was very helpful guiding me through the set up with my bed and explaining to me how to tune the device.

The Ensven bed rocker has made my insomnia much better. I'm on my feet a lot at work, so recuperating properly is necessary for survival. Delivery took 3 weeks or so, but they had updated me they were waiting for an active pad to be finished. It was worth the wait and I recommend Ensven for people who struggle to get enough good sleep.

Poor sleep has been a part of my life for a long time. I read about Ensven's bed rocker online and it clicked with me instantly. When I fly, just after take off, going through turbulence, as long as it's not too much, I tend to nod right off. It's the same now that my bed is rocking. Something about the motion makes me fall asleep right away. I've read about the App in other reviews and they are correct in that you have to connect to your Ensven's own wifi. That's a cheap price to pay for finally getting some sleep, it really doesn't bother me. The noise is very low key, like white noise.

What makes the experience with the company great is that I sleep better. The company made special platform fences for me, to fit the feet of my bed perfectly. They didn't charge extra for it. We have deep carpet in the bedroom and at first the pads would sort of float on top of it. Once we put the bed on top and then jumped on top of the bed the pads were pressed into the carpet. So now they are very low profile, you can hardly see them.
