Asa was hugely knowledgeable and able to identify the best provider to support our complex set of requirements (which high street banks couldn’t manage). He worked at rapid pace, was extremely proactive (including with surveyors, legal advisors etc) to help accelerate through the process and was very focussed on delivering the best outcomes. We couldn’t have asked for better support.

I called Enness yesterday to make a basic enquiry about a mortgage. Was screened twice, then finally introduced to a broker who sent out an invite for a ONE (!) hour intro call at 4pm today. 20min ahead of time, I was emailed to ask if I can take the call there and then. I asked for 5min and was ghosted for 35 minutes. At 4:30, Carly called up casually, apologised profusely that someone else had called her and wouldn't get off the phone - and she then proceeded to suggest a mortgage structure that was laughably off my requirements. I find the lack of professionalism and care that I encountered truly shocking.
