Great quality blind that was delivered when expected. Updated at each step of the process, brilliant!!

Excellent service from English blinds. The blinds fit well and were easy to put up (by my husband). The quality of them is excellent.

The blind quality is poor. I ordered two of the same size and one came slightly bigger and didn't fit the recess. The pull cords don't work either. I emailed on 10th May asking for helping with them and got no response. I submitted a form for a refund and did finally get a response in June but no actual solution and no response after responding to Gemma asking for help with th cords.
I do not recommend this company and will be submitting a change back with my bank for faulty products.
Do not buy from here, if you have any issues you will be left with no help from them at all.

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I tried calling for assistance, but before I could even finish my sentence, the representative told me he didn’t understand and asked me to send an email instead. He then abruptly ended the call.
I called back hoping to explain more clearly, but the same person raised his voice at me and repeated that I should write an email because he couldn’t understand what I was saying. He didn’t give me a proper chance to speak or explain my issue, which made me feel very uncomfortable and upset.
Good customer service should involve patience and basic respect, and unfortunately, this was not my experience.

I needed very long but narrow Venetian blinds. Extremely impressed with the ease of ordering, the price and the quality.
I needed the blinds quickly and contacted customer service several times as I was concerned delivery would not be in time to complete the project. They replied very quickly each time and they were delivered within the time frame. Big thanks to the team at English Blinds! I will definitely be recommending using your products again. Antonia

Blind is good, as expected. Production and delivery did take a while. The order was a standard roller blind, have used other companies who are a lot quicker to despatch.

I ordered the faux wood blinds, really good quality, one of the the few available blind businesses that make blinds larger than 2000mm which is a massive plus.

I have another order to place when ready, installation is very easy, and although I've only installed one due to needing to replace some windows, nothing is damaged so far and delivery was 5 business days for me.

I ordered the blind that did not require any drilling and found that that it did not fit tightly. My measurements were correct and the actual blind fitted but the tension of the 'spring' system was insufficient. No instructions for fitting were included. Luckily my husband is diy savvy and he was able to fill the space so that the blind fitted perfectly. It is now all fine.

Fabulous faux wooden blinds. I have purchased them 3 times from this company and never been disappointed once.

Purchased a bathroom blind over 6 weeks ago.
Firstly, the chain was too short and the blind could only be lowered half way. Contacted customer care who advised that they would send a replacement chain and that I should just unclip the safety catch and replace the chain myself. I checked this over and the catch does not unclip without snapping it, also the chain never arrived!
Contacted customer care to follow up on the replacement chain, was told numerous times it had been posted, yet it still hasn't arrived.
Tried to temporarily use it as a half blind to find that it doesn't roll up evenly and one side needs pulling tight each time, otherwise the blind sits wonky when raised.
Informed customer care who advised that I unravel the blind and put some masking tape on the bar at one side.
Also, the waterproof material is peeling away around the stitching on the lower part of the blind.
As I was fed up waiting for a chain and not happy with the quality of the blind, I requested a return for a full refund.
This was reluctantly accepted, however, I was told that as it is a gesture of good will, I would have to pay for the return postage!

Ordered a black wooden venetian blind and very pleased with it and the service. Ive had fitting problems with another blind from Blinds to go and choose this company, and everything fits perfectly.

I have nothing but praise for English Blinds.
They are a five star company that makes quality blinds and they were very supportive when things went wrong.

My only problem with them is the courier they use.
The first time they were delivered the blinds were broken, clearly from rough handling.

English Blinds immediately replaced them when I informed them of this.
But the courier left it propped up against the front door and it was stolen.

English Blinds replaced the blinds for a second time.
I instructed the courier to leave it with a neighbour but they left it outside nonetheless. Fortunately this time I arrived home before it was stolen.

English Blinds acted with honour and integrity throughout this frustrating process which was not their fault and I am very happy with my new blinds!
